Every location is horrible, I have to drive the whole county every time I have to make a wire to try to be squeezed in. I am highly considering closing my accounts and going with a different bank.

Making an appointment online was relatively easy; Paola was very helpful at the branch with my application. But now that she is on maternity leave, I am unable to get a hold of anyone at this branch. Have been trying to follow up and reach the branch manager, Elise, for weeks. The phone just rings and rings and I get the voicemail box every time. Have left multiple voicemails with no reply at all. If I lived closer I would just drive to the branch, but it shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with someone regardless of the situation.

I suggest you stay away from this bank at all costs. I’ve had too many problems here to even write about them. They never answer their phones, and try to blame you for their faults. The manager elyse does not help at all, with her bad attitude as well. I’m happy I finally closed my accounts. I will never be banking with Wells Fargo ever again.

Wells Fargo, there should be some sort of sign in process. No one Greets you when you walk in. You are not acknowledged while sitting in the waiting area. Staff is training instead of assisting customers. The wait is absolutely ridiculous! I’m definitely rethinking opening an account here with each passing minute.

I have been a member for 3 years and my daughter for 12. I have always had an awesome experience from the minute I hit the door. I’m treated like my pennies are as important as a millionaire’s money. They greet you in the lobby and make sure you are taken care of. David Davis even sat with me to figure out a financial strategy for my future. What other bank does this? I love the online banking and all the tools at my disposal. Only wish there were more ATM locations because I’m charged by the ATM and the bank when I make a withdrawal from a non Wells ATM. I love my bank and would recommend it to anyone!!!

If you want amazing customer service, make an appointment with Paola. I made an appointment to make some changes to my accounts and she went above and beyond, so much so that I came back the following week for more banking assistance. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and by far, best customer service experience ever to date was provided by Paola at this branch. Going forward, anything I need from Wells Fargo I will call and make an appointment with her directly. She's knowledgeable, super friendly and all around I can't recommend her enough! Thanks Paola!!!

This is the worst wells fargo branch I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional and under staffed. The staff they do have are not qualified to work in a banking system. 45 min in the drive through to make a small WITHDRAWL!!!!!!

I went there to close my son's account due to him passing away, I was informed that I would have to make a appointment to do this, its hard enough to take the time to take care of his estate but wells Fargo is the worst on customer service. Now I have to wait a week. My bank knows what customer service is, this place is ridiculous.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years. I have always experienced excellent customer service from them, in particular from the Kings Avenue branch. Susan, the branch manager, has been an asset at that location. Thank you WF and Susan!

Great service! They offer free notary services even though we don't have an account with Wells Fargo. Both the bank manager and notary were very friendly and patient. We spent almost 1 hour with the notary signing closing documents for the sale of our house back in Minnesota. She was stlll smiling when we finished and we weren't charged a dime. We'll be moving our banking services here very soon.
