Every time I call it says they are busy. They are understaffed at this branch and don't always have a licensed banker. Would not recommend

Simply the WORST customer service. Just want to inquire and they don't know nothing about the services the Chase bank offer.Told me to check online ???? The Chase in Bloomingdale is way better, it's like night and day. I have been using Chase for a long time and never encounter this kind of attitude.

This location used to have 2 drive up ATM's. They got rid of one and the other one only accepts deposits 50% of the time! Do you want my money or do I need to change my bank? Ridiculous!

I have a check drawn on Chase and attempted to cash the check. I was advised initially by the Chase teller that Chase could not cash the check due to amount and I am not an account holder. I thought strange but due to Covid things have changed drastically within the banking industry. I then called Chase corporate spoke with a Manager who advised to speak with a Branch Manager. I did so. The Branch Manager advised due to the company who the check is drawn on they have a set limit they (the company, not Chase) on the amount that can be cashed against their account. Then WHY would the company be ALLOWED to write a check that exceeds their own limits? VERY confusing. I opted to deposit the check at my bank who placed a 7-10 day hold. I understand with scams, fraud, etc the need to go through verification measures and impose limits but this is ridiculous. A legitimate company imposes their own limits yet are allowed to issue checks that exceed their limit AND Chase allows that? Something stinks at Chase. THAT is exactly why I will never bank with chase. They are full of it!

I came in to open a Chase bank account without an appointment. Luisanna took me as a walk in because she had a canceled appointment. This was so nice of her because the bank was 30 minutes from closing. She explained everything professionally and took her time even though the bank was closing. She showed me how to use the Chase app and touchless pay. Amazing customer service, I will come back to open credit and request her.

The teller kept messing up the two separate deposits I tried making, handing me back checks that were supposed to be deposited and asking me which checks were for which deposit although they were clearly written on the deposit slip and still in the original two stacks I handed her. After taking way to long and getting a horrible attitude from her (I go above and beyond to be extremely nice and patient with people in face to face customer service), I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was just as helpful, as in not helpful at all and I did not have all day to stand there waiting for something that should not have been an issue in the first place to be resolved.

I came here to open up a savings account, because the location off of Fletcher didn't have anyone there. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building as to how they assist me. I was asked if I had an appointment. I advised that I was an existing customer who wanted to open a savings account, I was told there was an appointment before me at 1pm or I could do it online. I advised I tried online but wasn't given the option for opening up a savings for the personal account only but the business checking. I was told if the appointment didn't show I would be next. Luisanna, Nova assisted me with opening up the savings account, she was kind, respectful of my time, very professional and answered all my questions and I was out in no time. I appreciate great customer service.

Banking with Chase Bank for 30 years.....worse service ever today, would give zero starts if it was possible, will be closing my bank account in the next few days......should not be difficult, but I expect it to be......seems they don't want my business......walk in to start a bank account for my daugther, special moment, the branch staff said can't start one today, have to go to application, make a appointment perhaps in a few weeks, like what??? the staff was completely rude.....when I was talking she walked away gave me her back like f-you.....totally un-call for.....after today I would not recommend this bank........

I ran three miles to this location in the summer heat on a Saturday, only to be told I need an appointment for account services because no bankers are available. But they will be available next Saturday. Seems legit. -5/10 would not recommend.

Horrific customer service. If you need to do something besides deposit or withdraw a small amount of cash GOOD LUCK! I’m a customer of over a decade and brought in a check to deposit and they told me to cash it somewhere else and bring the cash back. The manager then wanted to argue with me about it. Chase has been going downhill for some time but they have absolutely lost their way and this branch shows it.
