I suggest you stay away from this bank at all costs. I’ve had too many problems here to even write about them. They never answer their phones, and try to blame you for their faults. The manager elyse does not help at all, with her bad attitude as well. I’m happy I finally closed my accounts. I will never be banking with Wells Fargo ever again. ~Layla

Simply the WORST customer service. Just want to inquire and they don't know nothing about the services the Chase bank offer.Told me to check online ???? The Chase in Bloomingdale is way better, it's like night and day. I have been using Chase for a long time and never encounter this kind of attitude. ~Bing

My wife and I like the Bloomingdale location: it's close to our residence, the personnel are always helpful and very friendly. We recently opened IRA accounts. Ms Jasmine Tran was very helpful, providing clear explanations for each step of the process. Our interactions were very pleasant and friendly. If you prefer doing business in a relaxed atmosphere, we recommend the Bloomingdale Grow Credit Union. Usually, the lines are shorter than the Providence location, if you're in a hurry! ~Heyward

Today I went to buy beer and the cashier didn’t sell it to me she ask for my ID and i show her my ID she then told me that they don’t accept that type of ID she said it was expire when it wasn’t no matter if it isn’t a drive license but it’s a state ID has long it has my proof of age that I’m over 21 it shouldn’t be a problem I always buy beer there and never had a problem with buy a beer there in other 7 eleven I never had problem with my ID. I will never go to that store again . Have a poor service ~Anabelia

Not so much an issue with the employees but wow this gas station is so messed up and greedy with the way they jack up their prices especially food! The past couple of times I had to go to that gas station have been just cringey experience. They don't accept any tobacco coupons even though the coupon itself states it should be accepted at that particular gas station but because it's privately owned they like to change their own rules. I just went there to buy milk. And they rang it up for 6.99!!! How is this okay? Disgusting business and the cashier wanted to be smart with me and tell me to buy it at Walmart. Completely disregarded why I asked how come its so expensive? Every gas station sells milk for 4.79. It's appalling and I hope one day karma can handle its course with disgusting business owners like you. ~Ebru
