One of the worst McDonald's to go to even though they have to drive-through lanes open there is no 1 ever at the 2nd lane and you watch 2 or 3 orders taken in the 1st lane before they get to you 1 of the worst things McDonald's has ever done Having 2 order lanes and not having cameras or designated peor designated people to take the orders when you're at 1 window you're getting answered by 2 employees employees trying to take your order while the other one is not receiving a worker

Overall Good but they need to get better at making the tea. I think Mc Donald makes one of the best black tea but some times is watery

We were in the area visiting friends and decided to stop in and have lunch. The guy at the casheir was super friendly and took our order. This was the first time in a great while where our order from a fast food place was complete and correct. While there we met the manager and took the time to complement her on her staff. Our food was done right and the fries were on point! Thanks!

Always messing up my order. Today went through and got a big mac meal and shake. The bun on my big mac was SUPER hard. Will NOT be ordering from there anymore.

This location in lake placid is extremely higher then sebring location between 30 cents to a dollar difference per item you can tell too the drive thru only has a few cars if any compared to being wrapped around yhe building like it use to.

Comfy McDonald's with plenty of parking. The lady that took my order was very courteous and even cleaned my table. However the coffee and other items on the menu are a little too expensive. Was able to charge my phone.

Great customer service! There was a BOGO, however there was only o e item left. I asked if they had anymore, expecting to be told no. The associate to the to stop what he was doing and went in the back and found what I needed. All this with a smile and he even apologized for the item not being stocked. Made my day.

Staff was friendly the lady taking my order she took the time to explain what morning specials they had to choose from that wasn't listed on the menu I was looking at at the speaker where you place the order. I felt genuinely welcome to the facility. The drive-thru staff handed out the orders correctly and quickly and the food was fresh and good.

This is probably the friendliest & cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. Our cashier was so sweet with my kids(6 & 3). They were very busy when we pulled in but they were efficient & quick with getting everyone their food.
