I went into the office and met some new staff. Loved the two prior but Frances T. was the best. Loved her personality ànd she didn't make me feel a thing☺️

This used to be a friendly place where you didn't have to wait if you had an appointment. What happened? I had to wait 15-20 minutes in the waiting room with about 15 other people. It was standing room only. When I did get in to have my labs drawn the technician was competent but not at all friendly. All of the beautiful wall art was gone. The customer service definitely needs improvement.

I highly recommend Quest’s Lake Placid facility. All the employees I’ve dealt with are top notch. I go out of my way to avoid the Sebring facility and their rude staff. I had an appointment this morning which I booked using the app. Check in was a breeze and they had me in the back in less than five minutes. Leslie was absolutely wonderful and took care of me without a problem. From start to finish, I was in the office for less than 15 minutes. Anytime I ever need lab work, I will continue going to the Lake Placid facility.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my wife received at this location and rate it a zero star if possible. She recently visited this location to have some bloodwork done and everyone except one of the staff members, I believe his name is "GUS", was in there wearing no mask the whole time. My wife kindly expressed her concerns with the woman drawing her blood at the moment, only to be ignored. It is sad to see how many people are dying daily from or with Covid19 and someone that works at a medical healthcare facility and is around many immunocompromised patients, including my wife, is unwilling to do the bare minimum to help his fellow neighbors be safe. SHAME ON YOU! SHAME ON QUEST DIAGNOSTIC FOR ALLOWING THIS BEHAVIOR. It clearly states on the Quest Diagnostic google listing that your locations Health & safety Measures are as follow: Mask required, Staff wear masks,Staff get temperature checks,Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits.I will make it my mission to post this message everywhere I can to let Quest Corporate know about how its employees are purposely endangering the lives of its patients.

There was no availability at my local Quest in Okeechobee so I chose to come to Lake Placid and I am so glad I did. Having a time sensitive test meant I was there for a few hours. They have a wonderful private waiting room for these “special” blood draws. I was treated so nicely. Well worth the drive.

We have been going to quest for a while and I have got to say if you need to have blood drawn and have a hard time getting it done you need to go to Quest In lake placid and have Roger there do it. I hate having it done but having him do it no pain and no problem. HE'S THE BEST. I will rate Quest a 5 but Roger a million!!!!!!

I've been to all 3 quest locations in Highlands Co and Lake Placid is the best by a mile. Phlebotomists are excellent, friendly and efficient. I had a horrible experience in the Sebring office ( by the lake) and will go the extra distance for better care in the collection process.
