This company is wonderful. They buy furniture ahead and store it so when you want to buy something, it comes from their warehouse and you can get it delivered quite quickly. I'm sure if you special order something it will take the usual 6-12 months but if they have it in stock....bam! Our sofa was damaged and the delivery guys (both very nice young men) told us it was damaged before we even saw it. They told us they would pass it on to Morgan (our sales gal) and she would get it taken care of. We were only in Florida for a couple weeks to close on our house before we had to go back north. They got it on their truck in a couple days and delivered it same day as we were leaving the next morning. I would highly recommend Badcock Furniture in Lake Placid FL for all your furniture purchases. Thank you!

I am very pleased with how it was handled afterward and wanted to update my review to acknowledge them for the great customer service that I have now received. Purchased a stove, washer and dryer this morning and they said they would deliver after 3:00 same day and they held to their word ! They sure did much better than another furniture company in Seabring... There we purchased a complete matress set to be delivered a week ago and still haven't received it!!!!! Crazy! The delivery men set up the items and were very careful, great job! Ladies in the store were very nice and helpful. I will shop here again and recommend Badcocks Home Furniture to all!!!

My couch peeled away after 2 years - terrible. How do I trust what they sell after this ? I had to throw the whole couch out! I rely on them knowing what brands are good and they sold me junk. reply response: I did call that number and asked them to sell me a new couch at wholesale (company cost) so I could replace this without breaking the bank and was pretty much laughed at... basically I was offered a discount that exists in any variety sale but I needed to replace my $1100 couch which peeled away - your stuff is no better than walmart or big lots but you charge way more... a simple thing like offering me something at wholesale would have made me happy but no.....

Good customer service, bought new living room furniture 7 months ago. Had to replace my washers and was able to get a washer & dryer for a great deal with insurance & warranty.

Very pleasant, helpful employees. Decent selection. Reasonable prices. They arranged same-day delivery on the fridge we bought--the big box stores don't even offer that. I'd certainly recommend checking here before taking a trip somewhere else.

Horrible horrible horrible. They give you furniture with damages from the beginning ..... They do not help your credit, only ruin it! Don't buy furniture from this establishment because customer service will give you a run around and talk to you like you're inconveniencing them! Mckayla is RUDE and spoke to my boyfriend like he wasn't even a valued customer. I never in my life have seen someone buy thousands of dollars worth of product and be spoken to the way that they do! Incredible. Beyond words. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. Don't waste even 100$ On a mirror from these people! You pay them every dollar that you owe them and still don't take good care of you, just keep away is all I have to say!
