This company is wonderful. They buy furniture ahead and store it so when you want to buy something, it comes from their warehouse and you can get it delivered quite quickly. I'm sure if you special order something it will take the usual 6-12 months but if they have it in stock....bam! Our sofa was damaged and the delivery guys (both very nice young men) told us it was damaged before we even saw it. They told us they would pass it on to Morgan (our sales gal) and she would get it taken care of. We were only in Florida for a couple weeks to close on our house before we had to go back north. They got it on their truck in a couple days and delivered it same day as we were leaving the next morning. If you're a lady do not stop here to use the restroom no toilet paper so much pea caked up on the toilet I must have been like a month old very growth and then I told the attendant and she said it's I'm leaving I'm not worried about I'm not worried about it so just FYI just FYI hope you're in the middle of nowhere about God it was bad ~Shannon

I highly recommend Quest’s Lake Placid facility. All the employees I’ve dealt with are top notch. I go out of my way to avoid the Sebring facility and their rude staff. I had an appointment this morning which I booked using the app. Check in was a breeze and they had me in the back in less than five minutes. Leslie was absolutely wonderful and took care of me without a problem. From start to finish, I was in the office for less than 15 minutes. Anytime I ever need lab work, I will continue going to the Lake Placid facility. ~Dan

We were in the area visiting friends and decided to stop in and have lunch. The guy at the casheir was super friendly and took our order. This was the first time in a great while where our order from a fast food place was complete and correct. While there we met the manager and took the time to complement her on her staff. If I could give zero stars I would, bought milk and didn't realize it was outdated by 2 days and was soured. Brought it back the next morning, and they wouldn't exchange or refund because I didn't have a receipt. They NEVER give a receipt, guess this is their way of making sure they don't have to give money back. I will never go back there, if I have to travel a couple extra miles I'll gladly do so!! Meanwhile they are still selling that out of date milk, creeps. ~Yvonne
