I wanted pizza but it was late. Having missed the store I tried my luck here, that’s when the young lady saved my night! They didn’t have any made but it didn’t bother me that I’d have to get it cooked myself. She and the gentleman were kind enough to help make my evening and I really appreciate it!

I went into the store and gave the manager Martin 50 in cash, went out to my truck and realized I gave him the wrong pump number. When I went back inside to give him the correct pump number, he denied that I had given him the 50 dollars!!!! I suspect he thought he was going to pocket it for himself. I wouldn't go back to that gas station if it was the only one in town! Major scam.

This post is in reference to the customer appreciation day today. They are serving free food(being 1 tiny leg or wing of chicken, tiny taco like thing, cold cut portion sandwiches, or pastry of sorts. So my issue was I had asked for a tiny leg of chicken and asked for the taco bite. One worker came outside with fresh legs and wings and I asked if I could get a fresh leg, in which the server looked stern at me as if to say no with his eyes but picked a wing up off the tray and aggressively shoved the wing in my hand with an attitude. I did report him to a worker inside the store at that time. Point being that was very rude and uncalled for. This gas station is where I get my gas on a regular basis. Customer appreciation should not be appreciating a worker like him with that attitude. So be aware to not ask for fresh chicken!. My feelings were so hurt. The worker inside started to defend him , yet I said it's no excuse and to find someone else to work the free food table if there is so much going on and so hectic. On my way back to my Car I did drop my now ting chicken leg and wing along with my taco bite which was on a napkin on the table for the worker to have it back. I did not have an appetite anymore. $40.00 in gas and I left very upset!

Great location to fill up your tank and grab a bit to eat while on the go along US 27 traveling through Lake Placid. Exceptional service, clean location and competitve prices. You won't be disappointed if you stop.

I buy nearly all my gas (never diesel it's 20% bio if you want good diesel go to Mobil @ 98 or Rodneys) and occasionally tobacco products here and have always been satisfied, but this morning I bought a bag of powdered donuts $3.99 and to my surprise when I got down the road they were sticky and damp not powdery at all!! So this evening I went back with them and asked for my money back and was told all they could do was give me another bag since they could have become damp through out the day since I had opened them and ate a couple. I showed the manager how that the ones on the shelf were just like the ones I had gotten earlier and still No Refund! How about a bag of chocolate ones was his answer so I took the chocolate ones rather than leave empty handed but if I had wanted chocolate ones I would have bought them this morning!!!! Not trying to rip anyone off over a bag of donuts trust me if they had been good I would have eaten the whole bag. Moral of this review: take the time to stop at Publix and buy your ice and donuts before going fishing!!

I stop in here all the time traveling from Lakeland to Miami. Today the manager of the store walked in the ladies restroom without even knocking. He did it twice and was talking the whole time to another man. The second time I walked out of the stall and said excuse me this is the ladies room. He actually said it’s ok I work here!! I told him it still is not an excuse. Creepy! Will not be back! Ladies beware!!

They have more than 1 employee at all times and they get people in and out quickly, instead of waiting forever in lines. Also, so much easier to get gas here then at gate! I can’t stand trying to get gas at gate, because it’s overly crowded and small. Raceway is busy too, but they have a system to keep the traffic flowing so you can get your wants and needs and get out quickly! Also, when hurricane Irma hit, they were keeping everyone updated as to when the trucks for gas were coming as they had such a high demand for it all at once! They also kept their doors open until the very last minute and opened up shortly after, even with the amount of damage they had. The owner and the employees work hard to keep the place clean! Like I said they have a system and they are always cleaning the place very often daily. Definitely the best gas station to go too! I won’t use another gas station after using this one! Thank you for the awesome customer service!!!!

Love the staff. Very nice and funny too. They always have my tea made for me and if not they will make it. I get gas here too. Best place to go
