They had my car for a week before even opening up my transmission. At first they said they were going to replace it and that the part would be in several days later so it would be a wait. Then when I called the day before my car was supposed to be ready they said they decided to replace my entire transmission instead it would take 5 more days. Overall they had my car for two weeks without any kind of offer of a rental or any reimbursement for the money I spent on rides to get to and from work. They did a great job on my transmission, although this is the second time in a year they’ve had to repair/replace my transmission. I guess the brighter side is that it was under warranty.

Service advisor was very personable and kind. Service was faster than I expected, which was really nice and convenient. Not a big deal, but he said he run my vehicle through the car wash, but didn't. But overall, it was very nice experience.

Great service! I brought my Nissan Frontier in because it was misfiring but did not have an appointment. Rich J. (Service advisor) looked at it and plugged in to onboard computer and said probably not a good idea to drive it, possibility of doing some damage. He said they were 1 week out for service repairs but he would have someone look at it by the afternoon and let me know what it needed. They called by 5pm and said they could squeeze it in and could be done in the next few days. The NEXT MORNING 830A.M. he called and said it was repaired and ready to go. I was amazed at how fast it was completed. He said Alan S. (Service Tech) stayed late and worked on it to get it fixed. My friends ask me why I bring my truck to Empire Lakewood Nissan? Isn't it expensive? No, not expensive. They have knowledgeable people, have the parts, certified mechanics and do the job right the first time. All I can say is THANK YOU!! Rich, Alan and the rest of the staff YOU are the reason I bring my car there and I keep coming back. 5 STARS!! I would DEFINITELY recommend servicing your Nissan here.

Great customer service! The service department was incredible yesterday. I came in for an oil change; also asked to get tires rotated, brakes lights checked, and car washed…they did it all in a short amount of time and were incredibly professional! This dealership is great. Let me start by saying that the guy that took care of us was great. Matt Kordis is a very nice and transparent person. He’s not the kind of guy that just cares about seeking you a car at all cost. He truly cares about you choosing the right care, the right APR and simply the right decision. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot even express how disappointing my experience has been. I went in for an oil change and walked out with damage on my hood and fender. I hadn’t seen it till I arrived back home 27 min after leaving Nissan. I went back the following business day so they could see the damage and had the audacity to say that it seemed like it happened out of their doors. Service director never contacted me, I had to contact him after two days. SO RIDICULOUS! Negligent, disrespectful and careless. If I had noticed it on the spot, I probably could’ve gotten this solved but since I didn’t, now they’re trying to say it was vandalism or something I possibly did to my car when I left. Great way to treat customers by finding excuses with no solid logic. The damage speaks for itself. If you don’t like your car so much and want it beat up, this is your place. I’ll give them 5 stars on worst customer service. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Have been taking my 06 Xterra here for basic routine maintenance for a few years now and they always do a great job. For the cost, the job and service they provide is surprisingly refreshing. Paige did an awesome job working out some of details for me this time that I had missed last time. They’re fairly honest as well I can’t recall a time I felt like they were trying to get me to spend more money than I needed to. Of course they’ll still give you your diagnosis sheet which for my 2006 usually has a good amount of small things I can take care of on it but as far as calling you and saying hey this is urgent they really only do that if something is actually urgent.
