I ordered 2 Snickers milkshakes And it tasted like Spoiled ice cream the ice cream was really bad. Make sure to ask The person that's serving you if If they are changing out the ice cream machine or at least cleaning it unacceptable never coming back

It was dine IN my CAR 😉 I went in the evening but I always get a bacon, egg, and cheese toaster with Chilli cheese fries YUM! It was my birthday so I also got a Reese blast ♡

Worst service ever. Sat there for 15 mins and pressed the order button 3 times to be told "Oh we're closed" and laughed about it. I'll never be back again.

After months of great service, they finally screwed me over. I used the app and ended up going through the drive thru three times.

Drive thru is always slow. It always takes 2-3 minutes for them to ask for my order. Young female worker said they have 5 minutes to ask and that they are short staffed when I complained. Then I had to repeat my order twice and drink order 3 times. They act like they have never worked at sonic before and it’s the same manager every time. They are just foolishly slow and don’t really pay any attention I will start going to the Helton Drive sonic from now on.

The booths were filled with chairs so I couldn't pull up, waited in the drive through for 15 minutes after 9pm. I'm told a total for 5 shakes is $43 after 9pm (apparently it is specific on the app when the half off sale is when it clearly says shakes half off online and for the last 10 years). Then I'm told I have to wait another 15 minutes because the ice cream machine is spitting out water. I'm glad to say that I'm never going to support sonic ever again in my life and anytime I ever talk to anyone about food or places to go I'm going to tell them sonic is over priced and awful.

Made the mistake of trying this location instead of our usual in Muscle Shoals tonight. Just ordered an Oreo chocolate master shake and Snicker blast - most disappointing ones we've ever had. The shake had 1 cookie piece on the top of the whipped cream and not a crumb in the ice cream. The blast was pretty much the same - a cup full of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkling of snicker dust... not chunks, but bottom of the barrel dust.. on top. Both of these are supposed to have extra mix ins, not less. And 25 minutes to get them - will not be back to this location.

Chicken fingers were dried out, hard and cold. Me and my little boy couldn’t eat them. We had to go get dinner somewhere else. I asked for no cheese on the hamburger because my little girl is dairy intolerant and we got a cheese burger. Toast was not Texas toast and had no butter. The staff was polite.
