Best fast food restaurant in Florence, Alabama (AL) 2024

Drive thru is always slow. It always takes 2-3 minutes for them to ask for my order. Young female worker said they have 5 minutes to ask and that they are short staffed when I complained. Then I had to repeat my order twice and drink order 3 times. They act like they have never worked at sonic before and it’s the same manager every time. They are just foolishly slow and don’t really pay any attention I will start going to the Helton Drive sonic from now on. ~Trevor

Just left this location. Ordered mozzarella sticks. The line was literally around the building and I got old mozzarella sticks ☹️ I waited cause I thought the food would have to be fresh. Since they were so busy. The lady at the window was really nice tho!! ~Kim

98% positive that this Taco Bell successfully gave me food poisoning. I say that because my roommate and I eat all the same meals together except for lunch. I chose to eat here for mine and the very next day I had one of the worst cases of food poisoning I have ever experienced. I can't even offer some praise for the staff because they were just as unkind to me as the food was to my body. Hopefully you won't come to suffer the same circumstances that I did by choosing one of the other sixty Taco Bells that Florence has. ~Matt

I ordered the 16 pc chicken tender meal with 4 sides, biscuit & a drink. $50+ They shoved everything into a plastic bag too small & brought it out to my car. Put it in the passenger seat & home I went. When I went to pick it up I noticed that gravy was everywhere in the bag & as I picked up the bag i noticed gravy covering my seat. As I headed inside, gravy was dripping out of the plastic bag they crammed everything in. None of the lids were on the gravy containers. Called the mgr & her excuse was they are short staffed but offered to replace the meal at a later day. Well, as I started pulling the chicken tenders out of the box this is what I paid $50+ for. Chicken tenders Not Even longer than 1/2 my pinky. That's a mcnugget & I didn't go to mcdonakds & order mcnuggetts. I ordered chicken tenders at KFC. SERIOUSLY. I DID NOT ORDER CRUMBS & SHORT STAFFED OR NOT, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & ESPECIALLY $$ AT THIS LOCATION!! ~Tara
