Walked up to the counter without being greeted. Was told the window I walked up to that the person would be back. Someone walked up behind me and the girl standing there helped them right away. Seems like they don’t want to do their job.

Honestly this has got to be one of the most useless banks on the planet. For years I've thought it quite comical how often the drive-up ATMs were broken, out of service or just simply couldn't perform simple tasks. I started keeping track for the hell of it and found that ~60% of the time they're not fully functional — even after replacing the old ones with newer models (glad to see our fees being used so appropriately). Chase as a whole is pretty nefarious too, it still rearranges transactions in order to maximize overdraft fees for the company. That practice has been illegal for years and has even been successfully prosecuted with other banks who do the same thing. When confronted with this the employees claim to have no knowledge of it (they probably don't, it protects the higher ups) and give a half-baked runaround that's obviously straight from some employee handbook. It's way past time for everyone to drop out and head to a local credit union.

ATMs are out of service constantly. Management, please get this issue fixed! Especially since Chase charges to use non chase ATMs

Today I’ll be closing 2 business accounts and personal, I’m tired of making appointments with branches that are always sitting there and never busy but have the nerve to say you have to make an appointment when you walk up for help. I had 5 stop payments on my accounts when funds and all where there and I never issued stop payments. This bank has never helped grow two businesses or Any thing. No full descriptions given on transactions on the account and when you call customer service they can’t answer the same questions she literally told me today she don’t know why, my credit isn’t to play with because you want to stop payment on my account that clearly has money.

Told a notary was available from another location, drove straight there 7 minutes. There were available with only a short wait, great customer service.

I waited in line for 45 minutes to deposit some T-Bills only to say you needed an appointment which I never in the past had to make and that was during 2020. Additionally, I have tried none stop to call the branch to make sure they actually have someone there that has the ability to process a common bank transaction. I've called for 3 days without every reaching a human being and it won't let you leave a message either. Horrible way to run a bank, treat your customers and the lack of knowledge to do a very basic transaction does not inspire confidence that things will be happened correctly whatsoever.

Do not put your money or faith here. I came to open a checking account. The gal at the window said so one would be able to help me till next week. Not a manger, not agent. I found a bank manager and asked for help. Same thing. Sorry; I’m only here temp. Can’t help. Chase bank watched me walk out. They don’t need your money. Another patron saw this happen and said: go to key bank. I did! Don’t bother with this bank. The people are like animals. Untrained and unknowledgeable. After this visit. I feel better about my financial holding and my future business dealing with key bank. Chase should be ashamed!!!!! Stay clear

Drive up ATMs are ALWAYS broken! Often times I have to go to the bank after hours and it’s annoying when I get here and can’t make deposits. Not sure why they can’t keep these things working.
