This branch needs to get it together. ATM out of service and an uncomfortably long wait at the drive up window. I lost thirty minutes of my day waiting for you to take my money. Unacceptable.

I have been racially profiled multiple times after being a customer for years. I never thought I'd have to experience this in my life time. They are about customer service but only for "specific" people, if the color of your skin is a shade darker it sends out red flags. Disgusting excuse for a bank.

5/23/2019 Terrible customer service by Tony. I have been banking at this location on Wadsworth and Hampden for years. I know Susan, Karna (knew her when she was at King Soopers), Gayla, and a few others. Never a problem in this bank, very friendly. They all know my name. Enter "Lead New Accounts Representative "Tony" Antonio Martinez. I asked him a simple question about getting my deposits on First Bank letterhead. This was a huge problem for him . . . . . . without going into details, he said he will get back with me in a couple of days. Complete jerk, he told me several times during our conversation, I could do it myself online. This individual is not qualified to be in a customer service contact point position at anytime. Not helpful at all, zero

i had been a customer of firstbank for years, but i guess that doesn't matter to them. they gave me well below competitive rates for interest on a sizable amount that i kept with them for over a decade. i returned to them multiple times, asking what better rates i could get, and they gave me very small improvements on that pitiful rate. in June, I pulled that amount out of their bank for the down-payment on my house, and the next day they called and offered me an interest rate over 4 times the amount i had been getting! I asked why I hadn't been offered this rate before, and they said they had been offering it since February. The problem is that I had asked what rates I could get in the months between February and June, and wasn't offered this! They do not care about you until you threaten to leave! The very day after I was offered that rate, I got an email from firstbank saying that they are supporting a gay youth organization. I'll put the (a)morality of supporting the homosexual lifestyle in children aside for this medium. but when I found out that my parents (who are firstbank customers, but are also obviously conservative Christians) didn't receive this email, I got angry. This sort of selective dissemination of information (where someone who is flagged as christian wouldn't be notified that firstbank supports gay charities) is downright evil! if firstbank is ashamed to scream their opinion from the mountaintops, then why hold that opinion all? I contacted firstbank about this. I got a call from the Chief operating officer in response, and I have the audio file of her saying that email was sent to people solely on the basis of their addresses. the problem with this is my parents and I are at the same address in their records. almost everyone i dealt with at firstbank is a liar, and they are liars all the way to the top!

I have banked here almost 1 yr now. I maintain a balance of $900 in my checking account. I was refused a credit card. Looking to close my account and go to a credit Union instead! I'll withdraw all my money soon if I don't get a response!

I have been a customer here for awhile. There is a banker named Tony, one of the rudest and inconsiderate banker I dealt with. An arrogant liar, beware if you deal with him, I have received conflicting information from him on several occasions within 3 weeks period. I'm gonna change my bank I think now. Tired of this.

Love doing my banking here! Also so happy they have a drive thru atm now! Because I'm handicap I no longer have to get out of my van. I just use the drive thru banking now. Thank you 1st bank you made my life so much easier now!
