This bank I a joke. You can't go inside. Alsowhen you finally get help in the drive thru, they are so rude!! I'm glad I don't personally have this bank, I just come here for my work!

I'm parked outside my vehicle waiting for the branch to open their lobby and they racially profiled me racially profiled me and called the cops. They wouldn't let me in the lobby I had to walk up to the drive up teller and then when I proceeded to close my bank account they stole my ATM debit card and wouldn't give it back I had a call Lakewood PD.

This branch is worthless. They should shut it down since no one is ever working there any way. I’ve had accounts at Bank of the West for over 20 years. I have used many branches and never seen issues like this branch has.

Lobby isn't open as I found out after trying to go in. So obviously ended up behind more people when I hit the drive thru. Then had to send things back and 4th 3 times to complete transaction 🙄

Absolutely worthless since they canned a few key players because they didn't have some overpriced college degree a few years ago. I'm pretty sure you could get better pay as a manager at McDonald's! Once upon a time, customer service was great! Now, there is so much turnover that it's become worse than a bad joke! I only use them because they are really close to me. I'm looking for a new bank for my business!!! I may try FirstBank RIGHT across the parking lot!

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. They don't send out tax documents that they legally must send. I have to chase them down to get my tax documents. If you use this bank, you are in for complete nightmare. DO NOT USE BANK OF THE WEST.

Really like BOTW but this branch never has the doors unlocked and it can take several minutes before someone opens it.
