Our office has done business with ridge Printing (Hiatt Printing) for over 40 years. They have been great to work with, our orders have a reasonably quick turn around, and they have been very creative in making my ideas a reality, i.e. I needed triplicate copy payment receipt books for our office, and Ridge Printing came through with flying colors. Beware. Disrespect like I have never seen from a company. I printed a letterpress order with them that had ink smudges on several of the cards. When I asked for the pieces to be reprinted, I was told to "go find another printer" because they reserved the "right to refuse service to anyone." If I could post an image, I would post a screenshot of the email. To be treated that way for something that wasn't even my fault was shocking. I would stay away from ever doing business with them. Everyone has a bad day and mistakes get made, but to treat a customer the way that I was treated is poor business. All I asked was for a wrong to be righted.
