This branch sucks, their customer service is horrible. Last month, I set an appointment with a banker, a day before he called to cancel it, and told me he was going to call back to set another appoinment, something that he never did. Yesterday I called to the central services, they told me ot get in contact with my branch, I tried to set the appointment on the website and it did not work. Tried to call to the office and not one picked the phone. I went to the office today, and there were not bankers at all.

Very unprofessional. In the middle of a transaction they let an old man grab my envelope and shove his in first before me and said nothing. All of that is terribly illegal, but I've found that this Wellsfargo drops the ball quite often. I miss the one in Provo. There I was treated like a person.

This is the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST Wells Fargo I've ever been to. There were five people in line and the ladies were all standing there having a conversation nothing to do with banking. I waited first in line for 25 minutes just to cash a check.

Got a twenty bill out of the atm like riped in half the the other half did not come with it. And they did nothing to correct. I would advise to use a different bank

worst bank i have ever had this bank kicked me out for no reason and the lady i was talking too was so cocky and rude she never gave me an explanation for why there closing my account the costomer service is terrible never go to wells fargo the worst experience ive ever had the only guy that was nice there was patrick he understood why we wanted to leave and he even tried to tell the costomer service that they made a mistake but the stupid costomer service being so ignorant didnt want to listen Patrick thank you for trying to help wells fargo the worst bank ever

I have used Wells Fargo for years for personal and business banking and loved them until this past year or so. Trying to do anything at the bank is now impossible with their Covid policies and whatnot. They will not let you in the front door and when you do the drive thru they tell you you have to make an appointment for anything besides deposit or withdraw yet whenever I call no one answers and it route to the general Wells Fargo (and I’ve probably called 20 times over the last 6 months) and when I go online it rarely has availability. There should be no reason I need to wait a week to do something simple like get a cashiers check or do a wire. Plus this location I think has had staffing issues bc we used to work with a couple bankers we loved and now there are always new ones or short staffed, and they do not have a business banker on staff currently so we have to drive to a further location for all business needs

Can’t ask for better service. Sebastian greeted me as I walked in, asked my name, offered me a water and told me the bankers name who would be helping me out. Ben quickly helped me do a wire transfer, gave me advice on my accounts and then refunded me a handful of foreign ATM charges without me asking or mentioning the charges to him. Best service out of any Wells Fargo Branch I have been too (and other Wells Fargo branches generally give good service).

Although I came into Wells Fargo with frustration with the online banking I ended up dealing with Sebastian Riveros and he made my banking experience as positive and well informed as possible. I am still closing my account because Wells Fargo refused to give me my money after dealing with fraud but the customer service experienced in this store was top notch. Thanks alot Sebastian and I hope to see you at the restaurant!
