This branch sucks, their customer service is horrible. Last month, I set an appointment with a banker, a day before he called to cancel it, and told me he was going to call back to set another appoinment, something that he never did. Yesterday I called to the central services, they told me ot get in contact with my branch, I tried to set the appointment on the website and it did not work. Tried to call to the office and not one picked the phone. I went to the office today, and there were not bankers at all. ~Manuel

I was blown away by the experience that I had at Sally's. I had no idea what I was doing and then I found Tara!!! Tara is now one of my favorite people!! She answered all of my questions, helped me to get the product that I need for cheap. It was as if I was the only person in the store. I have never had better customer service and Tara deserves to be coined the best store manager of all time. When I had an order that I was just going to pick up my order, Tara took a minute and wrote a note fore me. LOVE THIS STORE AND TARA IS THE BEST!! ~Lara

This has been my favourite sandwich place for 44 years! That’s right, in the late 70’s they were on Main Street in American Fork. We were teenagers back then and it was our favourite sandwich shop. When they moved to Orem (can’t recall the year) we still made our way for a Steak & Everything. I live out of the country now but when I drive through I hop off I-15 every time because it’s close and still the best sandwich. Sorry about the sandwich photo being so small. I was eager to eat that thing and almost forgot to take a picture. Thanks for hanging in there #theitalianplace ~Heidi
