Don't order from drive through . I have been in twice the last couple weeks. Both orders were wrong. Friday night ask the kid if the order was right he insisted it was and when I got home it was wrong. If you can't get it right shut it down!

It's been incredibly good since I was a kid, it's still good with a side dish of nostalgia! I get to share a Utah classic with my kids while reminiscing about going to the original location in orem with my Dad. It simply does not get better than this!

Rude staff. I ordered by phone. When I got to the store they would not honor the published price and wanted to charge me about 20% more. When I called them on it, they said I couldn’t have my food unless I paid the higher price. The original owner sold this place to someone with no integrity.

When I called them on it, they called the owner, who said they raised their prices a long time ago and that I could not have my food unless I paid the higher price. The new owner of this place has no integrity.

I could tell this place went downhill so I hadn't been back for a while. I wanted to give it another chance, and it has gotten worse. Less meat, couldn't even tell there was cream cheese on the Philly, and more expensive. They used to make sandwiches that were packed full, and now all you can taste is the bun.

Tables were dirty. Girl at the counter was talking to the boy working in the back. We stood at the counter waiting for service. Took her a bit to come to us and then didn't ask if she could help or greet us or show any kind of quality service. Overcharged for the sandwich. I've always liked the good but the service at this location and the lack of cleanliness was really bad.

Absolutely love coming here and today was extra awesome as Dave took great care of us. We meet up with friends from WA for lunch every time they visit at Italian Place in Lindon. It’s definitely our go to!! Food was great and service was fantastic.

This has been my favourite sandwich place for 44 years! That’s right, in the late 70’s they were on Main Street in American Fork. We were teenagers back then and it was our favourite sandwich shop. When they moved to Orem (can’t recall the year) we still made our way for a Steak & Everything. I live out of the country now but when I drive through I hop off I-15 every time because it’s close and still the best sandwich. Sorry about the sandwich photo being so small. I was eager to eat that thing and almost forgot to take a picture. Thanks for hanging in there #theitalianplace

I managed several of these shops back in the 80s. I know how they are supposed to be. The last several times I went in the quality was poor, the customer service was dismissive. This photo is a FULL steak and cheese. Not even close to what I was getting a year ago. Sometimes the meat is diced to dust and sometimes it’s not even chopped much at all. Little if any consistency. It’s not magic. It’s thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper. If they don’t get it together they won’t be in business much longer.

Was not familiar with this locale and give it a try. Was looking for some Italian food from this Italian Place. The subtitle "cheesesteaks" should be focused upon. The sandwiches were pretty good food though. The Steak & Everything was a little dry but the Zeus was perfect. We did the sit-down and not the drive through and they did have good spacing for safe seating.
