We ordered at 10AM Monday February 7th. We ordered delivery because both my husband and I are sick. We ordered two sandwiches. The chicken melt and the steak sandwich. When they arrived they were both so drenched in sauce that the bread turned to absolute mush. Can’t even eat it.

The Kids behind the counter as the night crew are horrible at there jobs and rude. I'm a local that "used" too be a customer at this location due to convenience, but not anymore I will go out of my way to not come to this subway. The girl behind the counter is not friendly and is short with you, there is a guy with a huge bushy fro that isn't covered up from getting hair in your sandwich, another boy told me to calm down after he couldn't do his job right and started putting another person's order on top of my sandwich. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A DISORGANIZED MESS IN MY LIFE!

The girl behind the counter, claimed her name was lily, was dealing with the issue. Ordered online. We placed an order for pickup today jan 10th. Placed January 10th. They didn't receive the order and I called my wife and asked her to send a scene shot. Somehow it stated we placed the order on January 11th for pickup January 11th. The guy working said they would still make the sandwiches and deal with it tomorrow. Then Lily decided to say no they won't. That scammers do this all the time and I asked her bluntly if she was calling me a scammer amd she directly said yes. The guy looked shocked. Will definitely be calling her manager and corporate on Lily and will definitely not go back to the location on 6200 s.

I was not able to get the third sandwich ordered out because the man working cut me off in the middle of the order saying “and that’s everything”? I didn’t finish the order and walked out due to the lack of customer service. This man was very rude and I will not be going back to a restaurant that doesn’t allow their customers finish an order.

I had an issue. Management contacted me and work through the issue with me I was surprised at this. I was expecting to not hear from anyone perhaps things are not as bad as they seemed. I would recommend coming here it is a good place and convenient to those of us who live in the Kearns, West Jordan area of 6200 South.

We went in around 9:30 last night. 2 employees making sandwiches and sounded like 1 in the back washing dishes. The girl that started our sandwiches was very nice and energetic. The guy that was putting toppings on was very slow and just really didn't care. I was more worried about his hair falling into our sandwiches. He just threw the lettuce on my sandwich but was very skimpy with it. Like none at all. When I asked for only a FEW banana peppers, he put a handful. He drenched my sandwich in mayo and mustard which is nit what I wanted, I specifically stated a little mayo and mustard. He was slow as a snail while doing this. We had 2 meatball subs and he was told they would both be made the same way. All that was put on them was spinach and tomatoes. When done with one, he asked about the second ... We just told him the same as the first one that he didn't pay attention to. He really needs some training on how to put vegetables on sandwiches and how to listen to customers. All of our sandwiches were soggy by the time we got home and the location was closed so there was no fixing it. I am hoping my call to the manager today will be a training opportunity for him. The girl was great. She acknowledged everything we said. I knew she was listening.
