This is for tmobile in general, they have been going down for a while, but my experience this last year in general has been horrific. From my encounters in store to the over the phone customer service interactions. They have become all about the money and no longer care at all about their customers. A phone that cost almost 2 thousands dollars comes with nothing but a charging cord. So now you have to buy a wall piece or use a different charger 🙄. You do not even get headphones anymore..it has become a scam SMH..I will be looking into switching to one of the smaller competitors at this point.

I called to see if they had the screen protector for both of my IPhones. They said yes. I called two hours ago. A waste of time! I always go to the one in Greenbelt they also have everything!
