I went here to use their professional Taylor. Store is a high end men's lothing store with beautiful men's clothes and shoes. Nice staff.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. This is a scam business. Support black business but DO NOT SUPPORT SCAMMERS. We made an order for a custom tuxedo from the Houston location in the galleria(they are no where to be found on Google, we called the galleria to get their number and the agent couldn’t locate the store from the shopping center’s list. Scam much?) Order was made on 10/30/2021 for our wedding, we paid $450. It was supposed to take 35 days and was supposed to be delivered before 12/08/2021. Last week, I called the store to get a status since it was a week before expected delivery and They had no idea or no information whatsoever about the order. Couldn’t even locate it even after I gave the name on it. They promised to call me back with the status but didn’t. I called back multiple times but was now left unanswered. When one of them finally answered again, Ali, it was to be rude and condescending. The other one Remy couldn’t do anything other than telling me they will call me back and promised the order will be delivered on time. I found the manager Alain number(they wouldn’t give it to me) called multiple times, he didn’t answer, left a message and didn’t get a follow up. Remy called my fiancé instead telling him he will get the order on time but today December 7th we get another call back to let us we won’t get the order on time. I requested that it get cancelled, if they don’t process the cancellation ASAP we are reporting the scammers that they are to the bank. Im also contacting the business bureau because scammers like that shouldn’t be allow to operate freely. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.m

Great place to shop. It's a men's clothing boutique, and with reasonable prices too. I loved shopping here and will always return...the store is very clean; very professional and friendly staff. It's always a great experience shopping here.

BAD TAILORING. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Very unpleasant management. Customer service was bad. They cared more about making money then making the customer happy. They wouldn’t refund a $400 suit that they tailor wrong.

It would be great if they had stores in Boston or New York my friends are looking to buy some suits but we don't like the online thing personally I wanna try my suit before I buy it. Please think about it there's a large clients in Boston and New York .

Very cheap costomer service, the boss as bossy as he can't welcome nor care about customers needs in the store, intead he looks down on costomers.don't you dare giving ur clothes to thier tailor or you wouldn't attempt your event. Very desappointed...
