Good choices if you take your time to go through the racks. The shoe options are a hit and miss unless you know when they get delivery but they do have some cute stuff.. prices are good..

I don't like to make bad reviews but I had to do this one. Today I went to Ross in downtown Silver Spring Cityplace. I was looking for a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and I was looking around the counter. I finally decided to ask for help so I can try them. There is a device on the counter that says press for assistance I pressed it. And I waited at least 25 minutes nobody came to help me. The cashiers wouldn't even look at me , they just talk among each other. I'll even ask one of the guys from Loss and prevention for help He say he cannot do anything. I said can you call a manager he said the manager is going to tell you to go and make a line. I just want to see the sunglasses so I can try them. I was completely ignore it feels so rude to be ignore. After 35 minutes of being in the store I gave up and decided to leave. While being there I notice that the cashiers will talk very rude to the customers especially if you are LATINO. I will not come back to this Ross. Here I will post a picture of the press for help machine on the counter. 0 stars for this Ross.

I have never seen this like rude cashier in my life (Ashalika ) . She don’t want to answer what I ask she just ask me to put in my card instead of answering my questions. I thought she dose not hear me and I repeat my questions but she don’t want to respond again. My son ask her to give him the clothe hanger, that I bought she trash it to refuse him. I was shocked to see that.I don’t think I go that store again !!!!

Completely disrespectful. Came to this store on December 11, 2021 at 9:10 am it was still closed but it says on Google that it should open at 9 am on Saturday. Came to return lamp that I bought 2 weeks ago that stop working, I have receipt but ross manager from Africa with fake name Ronald made his own return policy and said I can't return it because it is open. It says clearly on ross website that I can return faulty items with a receipt. Anyway, save your day and go to other stores who honor their policies and have strict discipline to open on time.

I just wanted to leave a review for one of the employees here, Mekdem. When ever I entered here she’s always greeting me with a smile and helping me through out the store almost like a friend . Over all the best employee I’ve ever encountered at any any store

My worst experience ever at a Ross store!! They treated our kids (ages 4-6 years old) like criminals!! Followed us as we were going to break everything or take everything with us! Not sure how this type of behavior is allowed. Well, I take my business elsewhere & spread the word that this store is not worth visiting!!

If I could give them a -1 star, I definitely would. Just went to twice today to make a return. The first time I had to leave because of how long they were taking while one cashier was taking care of the whole line the other cashier was just hanging out. The second time after I have go through the line they told me, panties are not returnable. Which by the way was a lie, I went to their website and it’s written there clearly that as long lingerie and swimming wear have the original tag attached to the item. This store has disappointed me with the horrible customer services they are providing I’m definitely contacting corporates tomorrow morning.

I don’t understand how the line can be so long from the registers all the way back to the fitting rooms and I see 2 staff sorting out clothes while there’s only 2 cashiers. This is ridiculous. Poor service Better Take care of customers so they don’t have a horrible wait experience and you don’t loose money because some customers left their carts and walked out.

Cashier Miss. Dee. You get paid to work at Ross and during these times that is a blessing. Cut the attitude. I asked you what the total was because it was not displayed on the screen. It will not cut your paycheck in half to answer it’s not making you go above and beyond. It’s apart of your job. Don’t treat your customers as less than. The guy in front of me heard you perfectly clear when you said next. You didn’t have to say it the second time as though he was deaf. Shame on Ross for not providing you with the tools to provide better customer service.
