JUSTICE
CVS pharmacy has declined drastically. Sat. 7/26 I called 5x no answer. I drove snd waited 20min.down I was 2nd in driveway. 12cars behind. 3 at counter by pharmacist 5empliyees total

Lionel, a pharmacist that works at this location, helped me within minutes. He was attentive & very professional. Compared to the Walgreens a tithe street, this CVS deserves 100 stars! Thank you CVS pharmacy for being courteous and fast at what you do.

This is, by far, the worst experience I’ve had with a pharmacy. My daughter had a procedure. The Dr’s office sent a script electronically. I went to pick it up and they told me they did not have it. I called the Dr’s office who said they called, verified, resent it. I went back and once again, nothing. We finally got a hold of the Dr himself. He called and they told him “we must have lost it”. Meanwhile, my daughter is in complete pain while I’m driving back and forth. This is a pharmacy, a place to help patients with needs. Don’t try calling them. 3 people on computers while the phone rings off the hook. Horrible service, I will go back to Sam’s Pharmacy. My company contracts with CVS. I would rather pay for every prescription than come back here.

FAST and easy pharmacy. Debbie got me taken care of within 5 mins after waiting 40 mins in the Walgreens drive up. Thank you

Takes 45 minutes to get medications/assistance at drive through so I thought calling first to make sure they have it would be a better idea. Because I’ll get a text that my meds are ready but then when I go they actually aren’t and won’t be for several days. No one answers the phone either.

So far I am a new patient transferred my meds from walgreens to cvs due to insurance issues. So far this place is terrible at answering their phone I been calling for 2 days I am going to have to go down there and I live so far away but this place was my only choice. I'm not sure if management reads their reviews but there is a lot of bad reviews I hope someone fixes this.

they’ve called me 10+ times over the last couple weeks to refill a prescription that i 1. don’t have refills for and 2. don’t need refills for. i can’t get them to stop calling me so i finally blocked the number — which also sucks for seemingly obvious reasons. they will. not. stop. calling. so SO annoying.

Scheduled for my vaccine shots and online process was easy. Even scheduled both appointments at the same time. Got a notification reminder and was able to check in from my phone. Unfortunately, though I received a text and email to fill out a screening form, which I did, when I arrived they made me fill it out again. What a waste of time for me to fill it out online. Pointless to have to do that. The Dr. was nice enough. My first shot was easy as well though I did have to wait to be sure there weren't adverse reactions. The Dr. who did that shot was very nice.

They greeted me at the door and treated me like a human being, the store was perfectly clean and organized; no cluttered aisles and everything was where it was labeled and supposed to be. My purchase was less expensive than I estimated it would be. The manager was very engaged with customers because the cashier was helping someone with a difficult return. Great job guys. I feel like CVS was friendlier that other pharmacies and I think they are cheaper.
