I am so disappointed. There is a woman in there ( older ) woman with long brown hair. As many times I have come there she treats me like I’m going to steal something. I’m a black woman. Have my own money and am not a thief. She is nice to all the white people there but not to me. That is every time when I come in. Today she was very rude told me to come to the register and did not ask me if I was finished. I’m so disgusted in this location in rio rancho. Racial profiling me every time. I’ve spent a lot of money there. I will be complaining to corporate about this location. If I go back there and she racial profiles me again I will say something to her. So disappointed.

I'm a very frugal person and I've been stopping in here every once in a while to check out the clearance. It's great!! I've found wonderful deals. It's a very clean store, friendly staff.

First thing I noticed was the smell! It smelled like full litter box. There was a lot of good clearance although some of it was still with regular priced items so it was hard to find. The ladies in the store did not greet anyone and i didnt see either of them till I checked out.

Prices are reasonable for plus size clothes. Ordered an on line shirt from store. Wrong size was so anxiously waiting for shirt. Called the store. She was helpful. Wish the plus size area was a little bigger. Found some items at great prices

Didn't really find anything that interested me. Seems like they're tailoring their clothes to attract a different crowd. Maybe they have a new store buyer/manager? Used to go in and leave with 2bags of clothes. Last 2times I visited, I left disappointed.

The clothing selection is okay but the customer service is terrible. They also like to stare you down like you're going to steal something and try to pretend like they're not. I probably will not return. The store in Albuquerque has excellent customer service and they don't stare you down. Go to the store in Albuquerque it is worth it.

The prices on the shirts are a bit pricy but they are the ONLY store with my shoe size that shoes are adorable! Plus pricing isn't too bad either shoe wise. Also Maurice's does have Bangels my size but they are $15 with Cato they start at like $8 or $9. Bottom line love the shoes selection
