I used to drive into town to use Harris for all my jewelry purchases and repairs and have been for over 15 years. I live a couple hours away but the service was worth it. I had a credit from just when Covid started. I did not ask for the credit, it was mailed to me due to an error on their part. Came in to town today and was told with change of ownership they would not honor it. Karen and Mark will be missed

I had to get a diamond replaced in my engagement ring and each time I went to Harris Jewelers the customer service was Amazing! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. When I got my ring back it looked exactly the way it did when it was brand new! Its Remarkably Perfect! They take pride in everything they do there and it shows. I highly recommend them!

Nathen, who worked very hard to help us, greeted us promptly as we entered the store. We were provided details on how they would resize my daughter's ring so it would be the perfect fit. Upon pick-up, the ring was beautifully cleaned and looked brand new. Harris Jewelers stand behind their work and make it right if there are any problems or concerns.
