They need to make the drive through for drive through customers only. Every time I go, 1-2 cars will take over 15 minutes at the window. They should not be allowed to fill a prescription in the window or they should be made to return later. I am about to transfer my prescriptions, because I don’t have 30 minutes to wait in line every time I go to just pick up my prescription.

Same thing every time. Tried to get standard Rx filled for 5 days. "Our central distribution in Arizona has it. It SHOULD come in on a truck tomorrow." Wait for it. Wait for it. Here's the second part: "I can call another Walgreens and see if they have it. But they're inventory won't be up to date so Even if they say they have it, they may not have it." It's the same line every time. What's the point of calling another store if they're inventory is inaccurate? Sure I can make another trip. Wait in a long line and have no medication. Walgreens ruined their business with centralized distribution Center in Arizona. But of course, how many options are there for fulfilling prescriptions?

There are nice people that work at this pharmacy but there are also so many rude people from techs all the way to pharmacists that you never know from time time what your experience is going to be. I will be pulling my scripts from there to a more professional and friendly pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. It doesn't matter how nice you try to be. You will be met with a horrible attitude. Are they that way with each other? Do they act like that at home? So sad.

Rude girl up in front lied about restrooms being closed just because she's too lazy to do her job and clean them again for the night! Luckily another gentleman who was stocking helped us out and let my daughter in. If Your too lazy to do your job then find a different occupation lazy cashier girl

Slowest pharmacy ever. 5th in line and 40 minute wait in drivers. What seem to be the issue? I would never go there but I was picking up for a family member. Then I went to CVS on 528 for me. I was there maybe 5 mins at the most. Go to CVS!!

Went here super bowl Sunday to get propane, I always look to see if they have a fresh bottle before I go in so it makes it easier on them, which I did that night and saw several fresh bottles of gas. Went in and stood in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the cash register was told they were out. I informed them that they had fresh propane and was again told they were out. We live off grid and we depend on that gas to live. We have shopped this location since we got here four years ago and I will never set foot in here again. To be lied to and to be called a liar is completely unacceptable to my wife and I. Walgreens has lost a very loyal customer.

No complains about pharmacy, the store is a different story! I SUPPOSEDLY reached a "Manager" today. 1st a female who seemed nice but LiED to me. Then Second call I made reached another so called mngr., then another call, another so called mngr. 3 mngrs. In an hr. Lying to me. IF you want particulars, w my issue, you can find my info. In the pharmacy. I'd really like to tell you how they're running your business.

The Pharmacist, the man, at this location is rude and condescending. He thinks he knows more about what I should be taking than my Dr. does. Granted, Pharmacists are highly educated, especially in pharmaceuticals. But he does not know my medical history. My Dr. does. And my Dr. is also highly educated in pharmaceuticals. I don't want or need this Pharmacist's arrogant comments about what I'm taking. I'll listen to my Dr.

The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE. I don’t understand how the drive-thru takes OVER 30 minutes of waiting. At least get a second lane so others can be served. CVS did something right.
