Bought the tropical twist SE Nike then boom creases on both ends. Not my first ever lows and it’s known that the creases come after a while but this happened day one. Went back to return it and regardless of the 30 day return policy they said they won’t take it without even taking it out of the damn box

What kind of store only gives merchandise credit or exchanges and doesn’t even give the option for money back? Footlocker, Champs, Footaction & Finishline all do…. I was charged extra too bc this lady didn’t use my FULL purchasing price to repurchase a different pair of shoes

I went to pick up a ticket for Jordans. As I was next in line for the ticket, I will skipped over by the Manager “Roberto” and had to wait for the Asian lady next to me to get the ticket when i was clearly next in line. No worries I’m a gentleman. When I came to pick up the sneakers the customer service leader Who is the shorter young African-American female, was very rude and Nonchalant. She looks upon customers appearance and judges them then uses that determination on whether she’s going to serve that customer well or not. That’s how she determines whether she gives them good service or not, Reguardless of ethnicity. I feel that is completely unfair to the consumer especially paying for shoes that close two- hundred plus dollars! That creates a militant offsetting atmosphere for the customer. That’s a form of discrimination and oppression, this is coming from a Fellow African-American.. A release before pryor to this one, I had a problem where I had a ticket for a sneaker that was given away before I could even purchase. It seems as if they get angry at customers that actually come and pick up their shoes. Which makes them and able to scalpel them for their own profit. I think those two employees need to be reevaluated because this isnt fair to the consumer

I ended up buying a hoodie no thanks to the staff. I think actually they are loss prevention pretending to be bored staff, explains the poor customer service. They aint there to help they there to catch you stealing. lol

Compared to all other sneaker stores in Wheaton, this one has good discounts, plus a rewards system that gives you a coupon after you spent a certain amount at the store. Foot stores (Footlocker, Foot Action, Champs) used to do that before the FLX program came in

Bud customer service! I never seen such a bad customer service anywhere. even the manager is not acting like problem solver. I will never recommend this store for family and friends!

The store looks good but customer service totally sucks, they are so judgemental and very poor customer handling. I ask her my shoes to try it...she mad at me...this is ridiculous n BS little bit something weird...I guess a serious customer service training.
