Terrible service would give zero if I could. Took to long to deliver and forgot my drink. Called them again said they couldn’t give me my drink that I paid for and when I called back their phone line was disconnected. Terrible establishment!

Ordered 8 pizzas for delivery AND pre-paid $30 tip for a 5min drive from the store. Placed the order 4 hours in advance. Called when it was 20mins late & was told “can’t give you ETA..it’s super bowl”. Umm what?! Of course you’ll have more orders on Super Bowl - PLAN for that and execute accordingly. Drove over to get my order that was just sitting there with apparently no worker motivated for a $30 tip - going to make sure to get my refund on that & never order from this location again.

My Papa Johns experience was very disappointing, i had called their number and i made my order around 8:30 an hour later i checked up and they said food was boxing after calling hour after hour it was the same response i will not be calling from here again.

Zero stars (but I had to put one)! Called to order and was told 45 minutes. Nearly 1.5 hours later- nothing has arrived. Spoke to a person that said they were the general manager. They were short and rude with me. This "manager" would place me on hold without even saying anything. When I called back to check on the status of my order, he put me on hold for 10 minutes before answering. When placing my order-I told him where to send the order and he did not confirm an address. He then said he sent it to another address when I called back. When I said- "I told you the name of the school, and you didn't ask for the address." He replied "I don't have the address to schools memorized." Surely he doesn't but he could have CONFIRMED the address. Then he said "I only have one driver, so it takes a while." While I understand the restaurant may be understaffed- it's best to be HONEST with customers about the delivery time. The "manager" ended the conversation by saying "oh, the driver just pulled up- it's going to be 15 minutes OKAY!" and then proceeded to HANG up the phone. No apologies, no patience. I will not be ordering from this location again. There are 4 other Papa John's in the area. You would think that this location would work hard to to stand out. Very disappointed.

They should call this place Papa Thieves Pizza! I ordered a pizza from here to be delivered. Keep in mind I paid with my debit card via the Papa Johns app. When the driver came to my door he said he forgot the receipt in the car and I said that’s fine and I tipped him in cash and he went about his night. A couple of days later I was checking my transaction history due to a non-related issue but I noticed Papa Johns charged me $31.67 for my order and I remember my total was $27.67 so I went to my emails to look at my receipt to verify, and sure enough my total was actually $27.67. That’s right, somebody got an extra $4 tip! I called the store and spoke with the manager which was a man and he was very apologetic and offered me a full refund if I came into the store. I wasn’t really expecting a refund.I was more so mad that the driver really just did that after I gave him a cash tip when I didn’t even have too. I felt like he robbed me! Anyway I told the manager I will come in the following day since I was at work and couldn’t make it. The next day I went in and the manager on duty (a woman this time) was on lunch break for an hour which is fine, I came back in an hour. But when I came back she seemed to didn’t have any clue as to what was going on. She wasn’t very unapologetic and made it seem like I was making the whole thing up. She even was going through the receipts, in which I doubt she even found it because I told her I was never offered a receipt so It was impossible for me to have put a tip on it. Let alone sign it. In conclusion, she wasted over an hours of my time for me to receive a $4 refund that I later donated to a different restaurant as a tip since they never let me down like Papa Johns just did. To be clear, it wasn’t about the money, it was about the customer service and I really felt they dropped the ball. The manager wasn’t apologetic at all. She even took up for the driver and said he never did this before and that he might of meant to put it on a different receipt since he had multiple orders. Also I just felt she thought I was lying about situation. They have permanently lost my business and I’m iffy to go to any other Papa Johns branch due to the fact that this probably hasn’t been the first time they’ve been doing this. I really feel like I have been robbed. Pizza isn’t the best here either to begin with so take your money else where if your having doubt! Please always ask for the receipt and make sure you fill in accordingly.

Here's how my last order from this past weekend turned out: I ordered a pizza with "The Works" and instead of pepperoni they put on tomatoes! Maybe they thought since they're both red I wouldn't know the difference! I also got wings with buffalo sauce but they essentially put on a squirt of sauce that barely covered half the wings. Who has time to open another canister of sauce I suppose! I don't expect much from delivery pizza but come on... at least give me what I ordered!

Pizza was not fully cooked and doughy. Oh and their were other toppings like mushrooms that were fixed in to the pizza, the cut was uneven and topping were a complete mess! Called to let them know and all they said was " we'll do better next time" not the costumer service I was expecting and its an unacceptable solution. SMH Costco pizza is way better and half the price for twice the pizza! never again

I wanted to write a review to express the great customer service that was provided by Onur the supervisor of the store. I had called to have something corrected due to an employee error and he quickly resolved it! I was VERY impressed by the quick turn around and the apology he extended. I will definitely order from them again!
