Didn't want a contract phone but that's what I ended up with. Salesman are just that. They don't hear what you say just what they want to sell you. Should have just stayed with cricket. It doubled what I was paying. You get caught up in the fast talk which can sick you into debt you can't afford. Like I said I should have stayed with cricket.

I had an issue with the way employees in this store handled a situation. But, Jay, the store manager, made sure that he went above and beyond to make the situation more than right. There will be times that things happen with a business, because there are human interactions involved. But when that same business is told of the issue and the management strives to resolve the issue and leave you, the customer, satisfied; that deserves acknowledgment. This store went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I highly recommend giving them your business.
