They allowed someone to be added to my account with me being their. That person change my account information and locked me out. Said person didn't pay the bill. I had to pay $97. To get my phone back on. No I'm sorry. Just if you want your phone on pay us. No but me got in trouble.

I asked if she should take my number down and call me back and she "uhhhhhh"... seriously where is the customer service? Who is the dealer here? I seriously hope they can get this fixed asap.
