Sales rep at store in Westfield mall in Wheaton, lied to me. Told me only way to get a sales receipt of my purchase was to provide him an email address. After giving him my email address, the register spits out a paper receipt, which he puts in my bag. Hmmm....never shopping at Champs again.

Found shoes we were looking for because another shoe store didn't have them. Set up is weird with huge block of wood in middle of store to house the shoes. Two ladies upfront were chatting away. Had to ask a third that was straightening shoes for assistance. She was very helpful and friendly. Clothing in back of store did not look inviting. Opportunity with merchandising the apparel and accessories. Store looks large outside...the huge wooden display gives dollhouse vibes....rather weird for a shoe store. Check out process was easy. We were thanked for shopping on the way out by the ladies upfront.

Placed an order online for same day pick-up then waited all day and night for the pick-up email, only to be told the order will be ready within 24-48 hours. I was then told that I could not be refunded, in order to receive my money back I would have to pick-up the shoes then return them. Long story short, I demanded my money back!

Walked into the store, wasn’t greeted. Stood there for 3 minutes, young lady passed by me to go greet someone else. I will take my business elsewhere. That was very, very rude.

The staff helped my son get his shoe, and knew what shoes ran smaller or larger. He's a size 8, and all of a sudden we couldn't find his size at other stores, but this staff worked with us until we got him a pair of basketball shoes.
