Poor service. There was a lady who did not treat us at all friendly. Every time we grabbed a bag, she would take it out from our hands and put it back on the shelf, it was like if we weren't going to pay for it.

The young lady that help me today, awesome job! I did not catch her name but however I was in there 2/20/21 at about 45 mins before they was about to close! I was with my kids, two other gentlemen walked in as it started to get busy. She was professional with everyone!

Aldo is a decent shoe store but not one id frequently shop. They have nice shoes nice selections and good sales. Their accessories are ok kinda hit or miss. This location was like an outlet not nice at all but if your familiar with the store chain you wouldn't let this location deter you because you can find lots of decent things.

I bought shoes on 9/13 and I come back today 9/21 to return them and the same salesperson who rang me up said the shoes were worn. When he sold me those worn shoes and now I can't get my money back. He knew they were worn when he sold them to me, now he was trying to be smart about it and told me he could only exchange them but he won't give me my money back. I shop a lot with Aldo and this is my second time experience such a poor customer service. This is unfair to the customers because we work our ass off, and you guys always rip us off. I want my money back. You guys should be ashamed

Bad services I order a pair of boots because the only one they have in the store all scratch and looks like old, two weeks later when I go to pick-up the shoes they give me the sames old boots.. this is disgusting never return to this store

The hispanic girl in the store was really rude, refused to accept my promo code that I received via email, she was getting angry because I wanted to use it. she shouldn't be on sales if she has an attitude like that.
