Had the best experience today. Super excited for a pair of Joggers that were the VERY last pair. With no tag available, Staff went out of their way to make my purchase possible. Manager even gave me a discount. They were so nice.

I shop at Macy's often. Their sales and clearance specials are terrific. I also like the selections in the misses and women's departments. A big plus is that most often if a size or color is not available, a salesperson will try to find it in another one of the Macy stores and get it shipped to you or the store, or you can go to the store where it is available.

I took my mother here for Mother’s Day to buy perfume. There was a unattended open basket of single roses. We thought it was for mothers. My mother grabbed a rose and a worker snatched it out of my moms hand. Then yelled that it was only with the purchase of perfume. We told her to keep the rose. We’re never shopping there at this location. Terrible customer service.

Macy's Wheaton, MD is in breach of multiple labor laws. There is have no way to contact the union representative, the numbers posted are disconnected as are all HR numbers. Full time employees signed into a contract stating a minimum of 32 hours a week, and management is cutting full time employees' hours to below the minimum stated 32 hours. Management has been changing schedules without notifying employees, mere days before their scheduled shifts. Maryland requires that employees get compensation for schedule changes less than three weeks away from the original scheduled shift, and the Macy's Wheaton employees are not being compensated. This is a gross violation of Maryland Labor Laws and I expect this to be remedied without employees facing retaliation from management.

I came to return some shoes and found better ones and I went to try to change the size of the shoe for my husband and there was a employee named Sunday who had horrible customer service. I asked for some help to change the size and was ignoring me and finally said that he doesn't want to help me. I then asked for the manager and he refused to call his manager and told me to do it myself which is very rude. I'm very disappointed and I went to find the manager my self and the other employees his name is DeAndre call the manager and help me and give me the shoes what I was looking the size and pay. thanks for the manager and DeAndre they are very helpful and polite.

Love this store. Bit almost every time I go there, I find my clothes that fit, and without fail the cashiers take a look at me and always do a price check. And the manager always says the price is correct and apologizes. Little disheartening, but it is the only store that has my correct size and fit.

I really loved Anna, the make up staff. She was so wonderful. The only thing I don't like about Macy is their lack of products for petite people. It's really difficult to fine cute outfits if you're small and they don't carry any shoes for women below a 6. I need a size 5 or under

Not the most inventory and less perfume samples available with no sales ongoing. Staff was a great help about letting me try what they had and gifts included with a qualifying purchase.
