The CVS in Grafton mass is a complete nightmare they are completely incompetent. The manager who I have been told is named Allie is really rude and incompetent. I find it hard to believe that a pharmacy can make so many errors with their prescriptions and still stay legally in business. I have actually been given other peoples prescriptions in error. Unfortunately there or not other pharmacies locally. I am actually afraid that my stating my experience with the CVS will cause them to refuse to serve me anymore. You have to wait for well over an hour to get someone on the phone. They constantly mess up my prescriptions. The staff incredibly rude disrespectful and incompetent. two of my sons actually worked in the pharmacy while going to pharmacy school and both of them left because they were afraid and get into trouble because CVS in Grafton was so bad they were afraid they would get into trouble. I transferred to Walgreens in Millbury and they are very professional and kind. Unfortunately the CVS in Grafton mass is giving the Walgreens a very hard time and refusing to send my prescription there. I desperately need my blood pressure medication but CVS is refusing to transfer it to Walgreens. If I have a stroke or a heart attack I will be Suing cvs. It’s been four days and CVS is still refusing to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens. It turns out that is completely illegal and I will be reporting to them to the board of pharmacies. So just an FYI for anyone else is having difficulties you can report them to the board of pharmacy‘s.

I've been using CVS to get prescriptions filled for years and never realized how poor the service was until I switched pharmacies. Especially at the Grafton Store staff are slow, unhelpful, and sometime rude. Some are minimally competent in English, and are rude when you ask them to repeat. Try another CVS, or better another pharmacy chain. The difference is striking.

I have a medical mask exemption. I usually flip my shirt up as courtesy and partial protection while I quickly shop. Did so here of course. Cashiers wouldnt take me. Absolutely disgusting that a pharmacy is making people with medical issues second class citizens. Shame on you CVS.

COVID vaccine scheduling online is a nightmare. Incredibly cumbersome, can't save/reuse info from previous registrations/login; and can't book for family members together. Can't even get concurrent times for everyone in the family.

For the company that is supposed to be distributing the COVID vaccine (and earning money for doing so), they refuse to offer contactless pickup, will not deliver anything but meds through the "pickup" window, and don't care if you are a senior or have a health condition. Then, they do not have 6 feet distancing at the counter when you are forced to go in. Despicable.

This pharmacy is a joke. I take the same prescriptions every month and my doctor calls them in a few months at a time. I always call to make sure my prescriptions are ready and I can't even count the number of times I've been assured they were only to show up and be told the only prescriptions they have for me are expired and I need to call my doctor to refill them, WHICH IS WHY I CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE. This has been going on for well over a year and, before Covid-19, it was a minor annoyance. But now it is becoming unacceptable, as I take care of my high risk mother and can't afford to get sick, so I try to limit my trips out. If there was another pharmacy that wasn't a CVS that wasn't at least 20 minutes out of my way I would go there in a heartbeat. As it is I very well may have to anyway because this place can't seem to get their act together. If you have any choice in the matter, I urge you, do not patronize this business.

Normally not bad. I utilized the corporate coupons and email receipts, and find those a huge plus as an incentive to shop for using the few items I rarely need. Pharmacy needs to get better on protocol: 1. Pharmacists should not be discussing ANYTHING about client's meds!! Overheard one out locally talking about a client's meds being a certain type when related to a local news issue, 2. In no way should my prescription somehow be entered incorrectly with the wrong insurance as it never changed, and somehow whoever entered it, labeled it with an insurance carrier I have NEVER had. Not sure how that could happen. Otherwise it's a quick fix convienence shop.

If you need a prescription filled go somewhere else. Their staff is slow and frequently makes mistakes. I've stood in line for twenty-eight minutes at one point, with only four customers in front of me. The pharmacy staff has got to be high, they are completely dense and unable to even have a conversation with someone. I had to repeat myself multiple times, I thought the woman was having a stroke.

Not too bad as small town pharmacies go. Complaints: 1. When it's obviously very busy and the line is long, they don't seem to be willing to temporarily add someone to wait on customers. I've waited a LONG time to fill prescriptions on more occasions than I'd like. 2. This one really annoys me: I'll get a text message stating my prescription is ready, go there, and it's not! Then I have to wait 15 minutes for them to actually fill it. Has happened more than once. If you're too busy and can't get to my prescription today, that's fine, but don't message me to come in for it when you actually don't have it. That's a total waste of my time. What makes it especially aggravating is that now that I'm there, it doesn't make sense for me to leave and come back, so I'm stuck there waiting. Fix your system.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to!! I'm 20 weeks pregnant and was in the ER due to some complications. I was perscriped medication and it was sent to this cvs. My prescription was suppose to be there on the 29th of December. They never called me that night so I went in the next day. They said it wasn't ready and that the needed my actual prescription so I went home and got it. They promised me it would be ready the next day. I called them the next day, the man over the phone told me yes it was ready and I could go pick it up! On my way there I get another call from them saying that no it was a mistake and my prescription was in fact not ready. It's day three and at this point I'm in sevire pain and discomfort. They said they'd try to find it in another cvs in the area but they never got back to me! I called them the next morning (on New Year's Day) and they said that a special order was put in but because of the holidays it would only be there on Monday. Again, I'm pregnant and expreincing extreme discomfort and I depend on this medication. I spent the weekend in bed in pain and missed work because of the lack of medication thanks to them! Now come Monday I go to pick up my medication after they assured me numerous times that it would be there and ready for pick up. Not only did I have to wait half an hour for it but they ordered the wrong prescription!!!! I have never been more outraged and dissatisfied! It's been a week and I've yet to get my medication. Putting the pain and discomfort aside for a minute, their lack of professionalism and their inability to effectively do their job is completely ridiculous! I can't begin to express how negatively this experience has not only impacted my view of cvs but also how negatively it's impacted my day to day life this past week.
