This CVS has always been extremely helpful and courteous. Yesterday one of the associates,Patty, spent an extraordinary amount of time to make sure I had an emergency refill of a prescription I needed. Thank you.

Really bad pharmacy workers. The pharmacists know what they are doing, however the disorganization with the techs is awful. Nobody ever seems to know what's going on. They'll send you from line to line, make up reasons why a script isn't in stock or ready. Not ideal for ongoing monthly scripts. They can't handle the volume.

I went into store to buy some chocolate and found some on the shelf with a tag marked $3.99 on the shelf. I brought the item up to the register and it rang up $9.99 and when I said to the clerk it was on a shelf marked $3.99 she stated "nah." I said to her listen I am not lying to you I am telling you what the tag said. She said "show me." I brought her over and showed her where I picked up the candy from and there was one still on the shelf with the tag on the shelf clearly marked showing $3.99. She pointed up to the shelf above and said "that's not the price for that." I pointed down to the actual shelf which clearly showed $3.99 she said "no that's not correct." I stated "that's fine because at this point I don't want anything at this point. The store clerk clearly doesn't understand how basic pricing works. Horrible rude customer service.

Went to get my pneumonia vaccine and was told by a pharmacist that it wasn't safe enough for any vaccines, check back next month. This action makes no sense given COVID infection rates are at their lowest right now. Pushing vaccinations out towards the fall/winter when things could be much worse is irresponsible!

A wonderful front-end crew, remembering to ask for my CVS card. Thank you for allowing me to bring my bicycle into the vestibule, instead of leaving it out front, out of site. Mile 23 (roughly), on 26/8 @1436.

"Doesn't matter how "ready" your order is, it'll still take at least 10-20 minutes to get it." we called it in on Wednesday, they called near the weekend and got there they didn't even have it. This isn't the first time this happened- this is the "Pharmacy" I would give it not even a star. The rest of the store isn't bad at all- this is for the store, I would give it three to four stars 4 stars + -2 stars = 2 stars

Very disappointed in cvs! Entered pharmacy on friday, with prescription. Very weak from viral infection. Made to wait 30 min. for order while pharmacist filled other orders. If costumer is asked to wait, it should not be more then 10 min. I waited 30 min. for cough syrup.... Unexceptable... Then yesterday, took friend to doctor, had toe surgery. Again, at C V S we waited 30 min. to fill a antibiotic presc. W oman was in pain... If a customer is in distress should not take more than 10 min. to fill prescription !!!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH CVS !! ! ! Would change pharmacy if possible!
