Sales rep at store in Westfield mall in Wheaton, lied to me. Told me only way to get a sales receipt of my purchase was to provide him an email address. After giving him my email address, the register spits out a paper receipt, which he puts in my bag. Hmmm....never shopping at Champs again. ~G

You'll find fun kicks at this skater-shoe shop. Uggs galore. A high volume of Van's. Plus Puma, Sperry, Heydude, Fila, converse chucks and belts + backpacks. Lemme tell ya something: Uggs is having a moment. I never seen so many uggs styles in my life.... and the Chucks are cool, not recommended for their original design purpose (basketball), but they are pretty dang stylish! ~Erik

Had the best experience today. Super excited for a pair of Joggers that were the VERY last pair. With no tag available, Staff went out of their way to make my purchase possible. Manager even gave me a discount. They were so nice. ~Shalonda

We came in looking for a shirt for my sister. We were looking around for assistance but the girl seemed busy because we weren’t greeted. My sister found a shirt and put her hand in it to see if it stretched. A lady came over ( later found out her name was Gloria ) and told us you can’t try clothes put it back. I said we are buying it she then rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth as she walked off. If I could give customer service a -5 star I would. However , the cashier kat was very welcoming. A simple have a good day goes a long way. I’m not coming back tho. ~Kimberly

Poor service. There was a lady who did not treat us at all friendly. Every time we grabbed a bag, she would take it out from our hands and put it back on the shelf, it was like if we weren't going to pay for it. ~Dayannne

I tried to get an oil change and they refused because they said they didn’t want to do it what lousy people they are and there’s a gas station next to them with better prices ~Mauricio

Premium Gas is $5.70 a gallon, while other Shell Gas stations is $5.00 a gallon for premium "V". You serious, maybe it's higher since they had the whole gas pump renovated. But still, just go to another shell, three more down the road. It's been high since they open before the Ukraine invasion. ~Henry

The store is clean and well organized. The staff is attentive and helpful. Their baseball selection is a bit limited, at least compared to the store in Gaithersburg. ~Marco
