For something that could have been such a bad experience turned out to be a wonderful experience because of Quinton. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. His customer service excelled far more than I could image. And his understanding to my situation was refreshing! Because of him I will shop at American freight again!

I spoke with Mariana before visiting the store. She was pleasant and informative. As requested, she verified that the machines that I was considering were present and available for purchase. When I arrived at the store, Mariana was even more helpful and attentive. I purchased a great dryer at a good price. Based on the side counsel of Mariana and colleague, the unit was delivered the next day and is working very well for my family. I would highly recommend the Woodbridge, VA store and seeking out Mariana for assistance.

Came into the store on Tuesday sometime last month, looking for a package deal for kitchen appliances. I had actually found one at home depot for under 4k. I just wanted to explore a couple more options and i found American freight on the internet. When i came in i was immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman Quinton. He was helping another customer and directed me to sales associate Alex. Alex and another sales associate Maryana were very helpful! After Quinton finished helping his customer he came over to check on me while i was working with Alex. I ended up purchasing everything i needed for a better price and got my delivery within a week. The customer service of everybody there was AMAZING! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about the store and they're staff!

I am a repeat customer. I have had great customer service until today. I purchased a dryer last week. The earliest delivery date was 6 days out. The delivery man confirmed my delivery time and date 24 hours before. The delivery never happened. They did not come to my home with the machine. When I called the store they were unsure as to why the machine never made it to my home but could reschedule me for delivery in 7 days.

Came into American Freight and was immediately spoken too and asked if I needed any help. Also was informed about the financing option which is GREAT btw. Quinton who is the Assistant manager I believe is very professional and taught me a lot ! He helped me find what I was looking for and MORE! Quinton was also very patient with me and my husband. I’ve already recommended multiple people to the store and will be coming back VERY SOON!

We hired this company to move a fridge/freezer and they didn’t bring tools with them. They had to remove a door (offered by the mover; asked for tools) we supplied them. The movers didn’t know how to take off the door, and my father gave them directions how to. The movers left a big dent/scratch on the freezer door. Therefore, since we gave them directions and my father helped them unscrew, we were “involved” with the labor, American Freight told us they couldn’t help nor compensate us for their error because we “touched” the fridge. My father didn’t help the fridge inside, not took the doors apart. How is a moving company not going to supply their employees with tools, and then tell the customer theres nothing they can do to help for putting us through an unpleasant experience. The workers even took the tools we supplied them. Unacceptable service truly.

BEWARE: This store will pull the bait and switch on you. The new items are marked with the scratch and dent price, not the price of the item they are actually on. Went in to buy a stand up freezer and the price on the new one was in correct, they said they could only give me that price of I found a scratch and dent version. I had already spent about 45 minutes at the store getting assisted (slow service) and in abind for a freezer so I had to find one, but very shady and predatory business practice. Considering reporting them to the BBB.
