When to do a wire transfer, minding you they charge $45 , Only was there because money gram that cost $8 had issues or western union so happens to be down also $8, minding you I have a bank account, this disgusting man had the nerve to ask me to completely remove my face covering as if, #HellNo , Closing that account ASAP! So glad I didn't get a business account with them!

I came this afternoon to make a withdrawl from my VISA debit card issued by the State of Maryland. The teller told me that I could not use it there because it was not a PNC VISA debit card and because her branch was a small one (located within the Aspen Hill Giant Food store) and therefore it lacked a cash advance machine. She also stated that she did not have sufficient funds to give me a cash advance. (I had not mentioned any amount of money I wished to withdraw.) I then asked to speak with the manager. The manager then appeared and told me the same things the first lady said. I asked her if I could use the ATM machine. I believe she said she thought that it would not work -- I don't remember why. She told me to go to Bank of America to use my VISA debit card. I then walked over to the ATM machine and used it without any problem. I then told one of the tellers that she should inform the manager that she (the manager) should inform her other customers that they can use the ATM machine for their VISA debit card withdrawls. She didn't respond, but looked at me with contempt. July 6, 2020

Just went to deposit a check and I forgot my pen so as soon as I get close to the counter the employee loudly says were not open till 11! I said oh I'm sorry I was just looking for a pen usually they have some out. Her response "No" very smartly ok so I just asked the florist I dont understand why shes standing there like an idiot at 9am Rude.

Love the extended hours and the staff is always more than willing to help with evertyhing 5/10/2017 What a waste of time. I was told that my coin deposit needed to be rolled so that I could complete my deposit. Fair enough I proceeded to roll approximately $210 in loose change. Once completed I initiated the bank deposit with the bank teller. Out of nowhere a male employee storms out of the back administrative office and declares that they do not accept rolled coin deposits at that location and that I need to go to one of their “Full Service” stand-alone locations. He handed me a flyer that recommended I visit their Olney location..... If they had explained that earlier I would’ve gone there immediately instead I’m stuck with a deposit that will not be completed until tomorrow! They definitely missed the ball on training their employees adequately.

They charge my wife $20 for two checks. $600 and $300. She's been in another PNC Bank inside a Giant and they did it for free. It didn't matter she don't have an account. This people just want your money. They say is a fee but neither a cash depot charges you $20 for $900 check. This is insane. Don't go there.
