When to do a wire transfer, minding you they charge $45 , Only was there because money gram that cost $8 had issues or western union so happens to be down also $8, minding you I have a bank account, this disgusting man had the nerve to ask me to completely remove my face covering as if, #HellNo , Closing that account ASAP! Zero stars actually. Foot Locker has a 45-day return window for damaged or defective products - son's shoes fall apart after four days riding the bus to school (not even walking); ask store for refund; rotten manager just rudely says no; customer support says all stores must honor the refund policy; Silver Spring store manager obviously has no honor. ~Jonathan

I don't like to make bad reviews but I had to do this one. Today I went to Ross in downtown Silver Spring Cityplace. I was looking for a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and I was looking around the counter. I finally decided to ask for help so I can try them. There is a device on the counter that says press for assistance I pressed it. And I waited at least 25 minutes nobody came to help me. The cashiers wouldn't even look at me , they just talk among each other. I'll even ask one of the guys from Loss and prevention for help He say he cannot do anything. I said can you call a manager he said the manager is going to tell you to go and make a line. I just want to see the sunglasses so I can try them. I was completely ignore it feels so rude to be ignore. After 35 minutes of being in the store I gave up and decided to leave. While being there I notice that the cashiers will talk very rude to the customers especially if you are LATINO. I will not come back to this Ross. Here I will post a picture of the press for help machine on the counter. 0 stars for this Ross. ~Juan

They are the only mechanics my whole family trusts. Always HONEST! Always produce quality work and always use quality parts. They just put brakes on my car and used real Honda parts! Even when they’re busy, they still get my car done in a timely manner. They call me with updates! They break down what’s going on with my car when I don’t understand the real terms. I took my truck to Joe's and he was a wonderful mechanic and his employees were always pleasant and my truck was always in good condition...he was very professional and I will miss his professional service. I miss Joe RIP he was a great mechanic who cared about his customers and now Bird took his place and he is a great mechanic with great prices. Update took my Nissan in had motor mount replaced car started shaking took car back my car is still shaking he did not resolve don’t believe service at the same miss Joe. ~Denise

Rude cashier. Very discourteous. I asked simple question about cups for cold drinks. Cashier responded arrogantly and walked away from me where I was handing her my lottery tickets. No one else was in line when I was in lottery line. Another customer came in and she walked over to serve him, arrogantly looked at me snapping, "This line is priority. Think you know that". All unnecessary to me. No reason for that kind of attitude iwhen serving customers. I will be in touch with management and BBB ~patricia
