Best clothing store in Silver Spring, Maryland (MD) 2024

Zero stars actually. Foot Locker has a 45-day return window for damaged or defective products - son's shoes fall apart after four days riding the bus to school (not even walking); ask store for refund; rotten manager just rudely says no; customer support says all stores must honor the refund policy; Silver Spring store manager obviously has no honor. ~Jonathan

I don't like to make bad reviews but I had to do this one. Today I went to Ross in downtown Silver Spring Cityplace. I was looking for a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and I was looking around the counter. I finally decided to ask for help so I can try them. There is a device on the counter that says press for assistance I pressed it. And I waited at least 25 minutes nobody came to help me. The cashiers wouldn't even look at me , they just talk among each other. I'll even ask one of the guys from Loss and prevention for help He say he cannot do anything. I said can you call a manager he said the manager is going to tell you to go and make a line. I just want to see the sunglasses so I can try them. I was completely ignore it feels so rude to be ignore. After 35 minutes of being in the store I gave up and decided to leave. While being there I notice that the cashiers will talk very rude to the customers especially if you are LATINO. I will not come back to this Ross. I went here to use their professional Taylor. Store is a high end men's lothing store with beautiful men's clothes and shoes. Nice staff. ~Betty

There’s this Hispanic man that works as a cashier there. Whenever I come in he is always in a good mood. He always has a smile on his face and his positive energy is very rare. Super friendly. Please do not replace him by one of those robot cashier machines because these are the type of things in the human experience that we don’t get enough of. Makes you feel like you are shopping in a family owned store. Give the man a raise! ~Karen
