Fast, reliable, professional and hard working. I sent my car to Ben and was treated like family from the beginning. The work they did was impeccable and fast. I got my car within a few days of dropping it off and as you can see from the before and after pictures, it’s like the damage never happened. They even went out of their way to fix my tail light without me asking which was incredible. Funny enough I found them after getting ridiculous quotes from other shops on their block. They were the only ones who were affordable and reputable. I highly recommend this shop and they will be my go to if ever I need assistance again! Services: Body & Trim, Painting ~Ty

This place is an absolute scam, they charge my insurance almost 8000$ to repair two doors! They keep lying and lying about the date the car was supposed to be finished, they lied abt extra two days on my rental. They said we talked to rental company and your insurance will pay for the extra days. At the end I was charged for that. They completely messed up my interior, needs a full detailing, another 250 that I should pay. The pictures themselves speak: ~faeq

Added: Today they put my account under review rather than releasing the money. Mon 9/26…DO NOT USE THESE LIARS! Last week, we sold our home and deposited the check into a TD account. First, we were told they’d release 100$ that day (of 80$k) and release $150 the next day, then the rest should be released. Totally different from website declaration of next day, but ok, it’s a big check. We could’ve put it in a different bank. But they told us this lie.The next day, not only was the 150$ not there, the 100$ Was gone and a six day hold was placed. Upon calling, we were told the bank would have to verify the check. They said they’d verify the day before, but instead just put a hold and verified nothing. We asked about the lie they told us the day before. She said she’d call the issuing bank. I had already called the title company, who called their bank to verify funds while I was on the phone. TD called me back to say the process would be 24-48 hours but this should have been done already As it had been 24 hours. After 48 hours, we called again only to be told some other lie. Still sitting here Saturday with no funds THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT LIARS! ~A

This location is so convenient, and the employees there are incredibly hardworking. I've been to other locations where they don't have enough cars to satisfy the reservations, but not at this location. The employees are all-hands-on-deck to get cars up front and get customers what they need. Last time I visited, Maria and Olivia helped me out. Olivia was very friendly and helped to get me in the car and on my way as quick as possible. Maria was effortlessly switching from English and Spanish when kindly helping the many customers that day. I’ve been at 9round since October 2019. I loved that they posted workouts online to keep members moving when gyms had to close. They were great when they re-opened adhering to masking and cleaning protocols for the new normal. Now we are back to a drop-in schedule which I Love!!! Trainers have been great at keeping the community feeling and providing challenging workouts. Location has easy parking and metro access. They’ve played with the hours to make sure to accommodate the members which i appreciate. If you’ve been looking for a challenging workout and a way to release some of that pandemic stress, I highly recommend this gym. ~Latin
