I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Kiree Moore at the Downtown Silver Spring location. Not only is he professional, courteous and helpful but he goes way above and beyond to help his customers. He will bend over backwards to make this process run smoothly and fast. He describes every aspect of the contract as well as the vehicle functions. He makes you feel like a human and not a number. He made sure I was put in a vehicle similar to what I own making the transition so much easier on me and my back. People now a days donβt think twice about writing a nasty letter or review but seem to not be bothered when the experience is perfect. Thatβs why I wanted to write this to let people know there are still people who care. Kudos to Kiree and I hope you realize what a gem you have. Thank you, Holly

Justin was so caring and helped him get the best rate since his auto insurance company wasnβt applying like it was suppose to. This location is so convenient, and the employees there are incredibly hardworking. I've been to other locations where they don't have enough cars to satisfy the reservations, but not at this location. The employees are all-hands-on-deck to get cars up front and get customers what they need. Last time I visited, Maria and Olivia helped me out. Olivia was very friendly and helped to get me in the car and on my way as quick as possible. Maria was effortlessly switching from English and Spanish when kindly helping the many customers that day. Great place to rent a car!
