Today 12/2 & yesterday. Only 2 people working registers. The cashier would cater to walk-in for online pickups and leave 30 people standing in line waiting to check out. It's Xmas season, where are the workers? People were putting stuff down and leaving. Ridiculous

Today I came to Nordstrom Rack, saw that I turned around in it very dirty and left without buying anything. I am very upset that the manager does not keep order and cleanliness in this store.I travel to many countries. And only in America there is such a mess in stores.

Today Normstrom Rack in Orland Park Illinois is over stocked w/ extra extra new merchandise for fall n winter weather. A few interesting items and several clearance racks.

This location always seems to be chaotic, very busy, and have endless lines- though to their credit the lines move quickly. I think they need more help to keep things organized on the floor, I hope reviews like this don't put pressure on the current employees.

I’m so disappointed. This store has gone downhill. Super cluttered. Not the best inventory. The staff was kind, however. I will never go back. This was the best rack around. I gave it a year. Will not return.

Had some nice item went to late but I did manage to purchase two pair of shoes, this store is very clean I like that when the store is clean and organized.

Lots of downsides. You choose, you look at the price, and at the checkout the price is completely different, 40% higher. There were 19 people in line at the checkout, it was 02.21.2022 at 04.00, 2 out of 4 checkouts are open. but the worst thing is that in other stores it’s even worse.

I thoroughly enjoy coming to Nordstrom Rack. Personally, I shop the clearance rack at the Rack. I get so many compliments on my work shirts. I get a super bang for my buck! I buy all my coats from The Rack for the last 5 years. They have been the warmest. I find a nice selection of shoes and perfume as well. I wish one was closer to me. Pics are this years winter coat and a new shirt I bought the end of Feb 2020
