5 Best shoe store in Orland Park, Illinois (IL) 2024

I was there 25 minutes before closing so the place was pretty empty. I asked an associate for directions to what I wanted, he politely pointed me in the right direction... I said "I'll hurry" to which he said "Oh don't worry about that. If you need help finding anything let me know." I thought that was nice. I don't go in to many places that close to closing because they get "ornery." Not so here, which was nice. The checkout lady was very friendly too. Last thing? The store was SPOTLESS. It's a really nice place to shop vs. another well-known retailer close by. Just sayin'... I think Target has higher quality stuff too... ~Mike

I ordered online from here scents we've never purchased before and was unaware of the scents so we went to the fragrance counter before we got home and opened them..... and let's just say we added some new gems that we probably would have never gave a second thought.... I've never worn or even smelled coach before and after going to pick up the 2 for hubby John Varvatos and the Paco we ended up sampling and purchasing a coach for him and myself a fragrance we always just walked past. I appreciate the honest and very patient customer service we received here...... I defiantly will return and soon.... ~Jazmine

Lots of downsides. You choose, you look at the price, and at the checkout the price is completely different, 40% higher. There were 19 people in line at the checkout, it was 02.21.2022 at 04.00, 2 out of 4 checkouts are open. but the worst thing is that in other stores it’s even worse. ~Marat

The Human Race store and staff were SUPER helpful at explaining things to me (I was new to all buying better shoes for my feet) and paired me with the perfect shoe for my half-marathon training. The fact alone that most of the time we wear shoes that are too small and for too long was extremely helpful to know. They were kind and it was worth the money for a good shoe that fits and supports the feet properly! ~Allison

Got new Red Wings boots. The best boots around. Has my last pair so long the finally fell apart. These will help metal shaving from burning my laces and from getting inside my boot. ~Roy
