The staff were very friendly and patient with us as we weren’t sure of the specifications for my husbands work shoes. They were very detailed in measurement and explanation of their processes and how they handle company orders. They also reassured us that we could also return if it isn’t what the company wanted.

Got new Red Wings boots. The best boots around. Has my last pair so long the finally fell apart. These will help metal shaving from burning my laces and from getting inside my boot.

I just called your Orland Park store to ask if they could find a name for me of a person I had purchased a pair of boots for a few years ago. The sales person on the phone was extremely rude he couldn't understand why i would ask him to look up more than one name! so I explained to him it could have been under the persons name I purchaesed the for or mine name. I ended up telling him not to worry and hung up! My husband has spent a lot of money in this store for many years and regardless of that the employee should learn to treat people with a little more respect! It may be time to take our business somewhere else!

The staff here is knowledge, helpful and get in tune with the customer's needs pretty quickly. I've been purchasing shoes from Howard for years. He remembers the exact shoes you like, your size and what purpose you use the shoes. He's expert at fitting and tops with service and follow through. Sounds a little crazy for a show store but he's been getting it right or he makes it right for the last 12 years for me.

Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE.... . Very rude. And clueless to their product. I'm white. And I said I want made in usa boots. She is Hispanic mind you. Just rolled her eyes and walked away. Came back pointed to one boot. Then I asked if she could measure my feet so I can order them online. Said we don't sell boots online. I'm a awkward size I have very wide feet. I'm 14 triple e sometimes wider. If you are going to spend 300 plus dollars on boots. She went right to all the Hispanic people ignoring me after that.. I'd give this place negative 5 stars. You have to be Hispanic for them to help you. I noticed 3 white people not get helped either and them walk out. They obviously don't care. Everyone should be fired in there. I'm going to go to thurogood. My last few experiences at redwing have been terrible.

I bought Irish Setter Boots in January 2021 for spring/summer months and after wearing them the month of March 2021 the sole of one boot started to fall off. I went into the Orland Park store where I purchased them to inquire about exchanging them and one employee who was super rude (maybe having a bad day) gave me no options besides sending them out and waiting 3-4 weeks to get "repaired?" or take them elsewhere to have shoe repair do it same day? Those options wouldn't work as I need them for work. I went back today day with warranty information and the manager, Jon, exchanged them for a brand new pair because they were under Red Wing warranty. Thank you Jon for doing the right thing. I will remain a customer.

Came in needing new Boots for a new job. And Jon was extremely helpful, and patient. I have one foot that's a full size bigger than the other. And he went really above and beyond to help me find a pair that had a size and width that would not lead to one foot have a shoe that's too loose fitting. Really impressed.

Awesome people in there knows his stuff and sold me two pairs so far. they are patient and kind wont push you into buying boots you dont like. First time he measured my feet and had me try 3 pairs. This last time he nailed it exactly what I wanted first pair
