Place at order on my Macy's App and a mistake was made wanted the order shipped not picked-up at Orland Macy. Called Macy's online phone it turned out awful stay on the phone for at least 30 minutes and was not given the right information. Decided to call Orland package pickup and Jasmine helped me in 10 minutes and even called me back and cleared up the issue. Thanks to Jasmine at Macy's Orland store. That's why I enjoy shopping at Macy's. Great Customer Service.

I love the shoe department. I got helped by 3 people and they were all equally helpful with all my questions and needs, on top of it being extremely busy. We went to a register in the mens section and i was telling the cashier they didnt have the shoes in my size and she immedietly tried to help and asked if the shoe dept pulled out all the tricks to find those shoes for me and i informed her they did. All in all the sales people really are helpful and try their absolute best to get what you want. Keep up the good work.

So disappointed while shopping in the Perfume department, disrespected by a group of salespersons standing laughing and talking loudly. Each of them asked “may I help you” at the time in a jokingly way and burst out laughing as I walked away from them. They continued to display such noisy dispositions to the point I couldn’t concentrate on buying perfume. Finally a nice polite salesperson helped me in the Dior section. Won’t be shopping in Orland Park Macy’s again. The store had become trashy and too many unprofessional people working in the store. No longer the Macy’s of the past.

Wanted to share my experience in the women’s department. Thanks to Carmen Lopez who took the time to help me over the phone. She couldn’t have been more patient and helpful in directing me on a swimsuit purchase that I made. To Carmen 5 Stars ⭐️ She was right on For making the needed adjustments!!! “Zero” stars for the Store itself!! Departments hardly pick up the phone AND YOU CAN NEVER TALK TO A STORE MANAGER!!!!! Poor customer service!!! At least when it was Marshall Fields you could always get a hold of an operator. Shame on you Macy’s.

I visit this macys every time I’m in town visiting family and it’s disappointing experience every time. On one trip there was lack of staff when i needed help, and the black women at the cash registers have an attitude & act like they’re doing you a favor by checking you out. On another trip I purchased $150 Gucci perfume as a gift and they had nothing but a cheap plastic bag to put it in. I don’t expect anything fancy but at-least have paper bags. Plastic bags is what I get at the grocery store when I buy bananas not $150 gift. It’s clear why consumers are moving their shopping experience online and retail stores are going out of business. Fair to say I won’t be shopping here on my next trip.

Wow this place used to be Marshall Field's. What a dump. Garbage sitting amongst the clothes. Clothes all over the floor. Hardly anything folded. Is anyone working in this place? KB Toys was more organized after black Friday. If I could give zero stars this would be it...

Took my 95yo mom to shop for shoes and cosmetics. Service in women's shoes is abysmal at best. Long wait and absolutely no help. Cosmetics service was great. My mom was able to get personalized help and information.

They do not do makeup on Mon-Wednesday. Than they give you false hope saying well call that morning to see if anyone is Available and no one ever is. Don’t waste your time if you need makeup before the weekend. It’s a shame I had to go to Ulta to get my makeup done at the MAC counter but was told no one was there to do makeup at the actual MAC store smh

I ordered online from here scents we've never purchased before and was unaware of the scents so we went to the fragrance counter before we got home and opened them..... and let's just say we added some new gems that we probably would have never gave a second thought.... I've never worn or even smelled coach before and after going to pick up the 2 for hubby John Varvatos and the Paco we ended up sampling and purchasing a coach for him and myself a fragrance we always just walked past. I appreciate the honest and very patient customer service we received here...... I defiantly will return and soon....
