Great experience for my teenager although the line was out the door....lol. Once in the store, the sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything about the bracelet and how to customize it. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Another great place to shop! My mom went to the store to purchase a special gift and asked to get it engraved, the sales associate who was helping my mom asked her what she wanted but never wrote it out to double check and confirm. So when the charm was engraved incorrectly the sales associate very rudely refused to help her and instead placed focus on making her purchase a separate charm. So now she’s stuck with a charm that’s engraved incorrectly and they refused to exchange it for her or engrave over it with something else, which she asked if they can just do that instead of replacing it for her, and she was denied both. She really wanted this so she just purchased another charm which is completely unfair and it was not an inexpensive charm. I have shopped her a ton and I am extremely disappointed with how they handled the situation given my mom clearly has an accent.

Staff is the worst. They are sooo disorganized and expect the customers to suffer because of it. They have me sign up for a text and told me to come back in 1-1 1/2 hours. Then after almost 2hrs, I go back to tell them I never got a text. The woman in the line was really rude and said she told me I would have to stand in line when I got the txt and wait another hour?? I never saw her before and talked to someone else. Then she only says, "they should have told you" and ignores me. IF they told me I had to wait over 3 hrs instead of lying I wouldn't leave a bad review

I have filled an official in depth report with Corporate. However, I would be remiss if I didn’t let the public know about my experience on April 3, 2021 with store associate Monte and alleged manager Daniella. Long/short I came in to exchange a defective bracelet and wanted a receipt to memorialize the transaction. Monte stated I would have to pay $3.73 for a receipt (no purchase was made). I asked him why and if he would pay for a receipt. I told him I wasn’t paying for a receipt and he turned from me and mumbled something and walked away. I said “pardon me?” And no response. I walked to Sephora and after I finished my purchase I see 5 police officers and a dog with Monte and another black woman (didn’t catch her name) from Pandora. He pointed at me and said “there she is”. The police proceeded to question me about the incident. I explained and we went back to Pandora and I received a store gift card in the amount of $391. I don’t appreciate this type you of treatment, it was defamation of character and an extremely traumatic experience, especially during the current climate with police. Thankfully Officer Whalen was very understanding and professional. And yes, you did read that right. Monte called the police on a young black woman because I didn’t pay for a receipt that I didn’t take. He would have had to collect the $3.73 from me to even print the receipt. I’m overly appalled and disgusted and will NEVER shop at that location again.

Made a purchase for Mother’s Day was told to text a number when outside to pick up my order. I was outside 45 minutes before someone brought my order out. When you call the number you can’t reach a person you have to leave a message and your call won’t be returned. ALSO DO NOT ONLINE SHOP!!! never received my order and hold times to speak to a person is well over a hour I’ve been a very satisfied pandora jewelry shopper for years but due to my most recent experiences I will no longer shop with them.

Despite the wait in line for 30 minutes. There is almost always a line to get into the store. Therese was wonderfully helpful and patient, with an enjoyable Irish(?)accent! She took the time to show me the difference between the bracelet I received as a gift & the bigger one I thought I wanted. I'm very happy with what I received as a gift & my additional purchase!

Love that the store usually has what I'm looking for. Hate that every time they have a special they're not prepared to handle the crowds. Line always long and some people spend more than an hour deciding what they want. I always have my choices selected, even backup choices. So there should be a separate line for ppl that know EXACTLY what they want. 3 hours is way too long to wait!
