From the minute I stepped into the store everyone was friendly. It’s always smooth renting from Enterprise, my number when I need a rental.

All of the staff were kind and greeted everyone who came through the door. The gentlemen who helped me was very helpful is thoroughly explaining the process as it was my first time renting a car. I was even able to get a free upgrade due to there being a minimal amount of cars. I was even called just for someone to check in on me and how the car was treating me!

I have been renting regularly at the North Kensington location for the last couple years and they are an outstanding team. They have (on multiple occasions) gone above and beyond in finding vehicles- even at the busiest of times. Will always recommend this location and will continue to be a customer for both work and personal use.

I had a pre-existing reservation and called the day before to confirm the exact time I would be picking up the car. I got there, and after providing insurance, etc. information I waited for about 20 minutes before finally asking how long it would be before they would be presenting me with the car. They told me they were waiting for a car to be delivered, because THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY CAR TO GIVE ME and apparently they were trying to have one driven from another location. But, they couldn't tell me how much longer (after the time it had already taken) it would be until the car got there. I cancelled the reservation (they claimed they couldn't even print a receipt confirming reversal of the credit card charge) and left. Completely useless, I won't be using Enterprise again, there plenty of other options out there. UPDATE: After posting this review it was responded to by a "Chris M." who presumably works for Enterprise, asking me to send an e-mail to Enterprise regarding the experience...as if they were giving me a homework assignment. No thanks.

I was desperate to find a car as I am a nurse and my husband is a surgeon. Being without transportation is nearly impossible as our jobs don’t lend themselves to public transportation. This Enterprise site was amazing. Athani worked with me to sort things out. When I went to pick up the car, I had no wait and was out the door in 10 minutes. I really appreciated Athani’s compassion and professionalism. Thank you!!

Really welcoming and helpful staff. The process was easy and they were able to accommodate my many changes to my reservation between what Geico was covering and my own extension without any issues.

Was in a motor vehicle accident and Allstate gave me a rental from this company on 4/28/22. When I picked up the rental, I was informed that it was a 2022 Nissan Altima. I only had the vehicle for 1 week when all of a sudden the vehicle would not turn on. It needed to get jump started - every single time I attempted to turn on the car and drive the vehicle it needed to get jump started. The battery and check engine light came on the display screen which was very strange to me because I thought it was a 2022 vehicle. On 5/9/22, the car would not turn on even with a jump start, and the vehicle started to say “Warning: No key detected”. So not only was the battery not working but the car could not detect the key and be turned on - making the car completely inoperable. I was completely stranded so I contacted this company’s roadside assistance. I contacted roadside assistance at 11:15 am and the first person I spoke with informed me that a tow truck will be dispatched and should be picking up the vehicle soon. I then received another call at 11:35 am from a different person telling me that they were just informed about my vehicle and that a tow truck will be dispatched but that it would take an hour and 30 minutes. I informed this lady that I spoke with someone on the phone 20 minutes earlier and was told that the tow truck was supposed to have dispatched 20 minutes earlier. This new person on the phone said that they were not informed of this and that they were just now getting notified about my need for a tow truck. (This new person on the phone also informed me that the vehicle was a 2020 Nissan Altima, which means that the person who gave me the vehicle lied to me about the type of vehicle I would be driving). I waited about an hour for the truck to come and when I contacted roadside assistance again I was informed that the truck had still not been dispatched to my location (what were they doing during the hour and 30 minutes while I’ve been waiting?). During this time, I also attempted to contact this Enterprise rental location where I got the vehicle from to inform them what was going on. Every time I attempted to call I was put on hold and no one would pick up the line - this lasted 30 minutes. At this point, I didn’t even want to deal with this company anymore. Once the manager connected with me I informed them what was occurring and told them to make sure to triple inspect their vehicles before they give them to costumers so that no one else ever has to deal with this terrible experience ever again. Being stranded all by myself was an unsettling experience. The manager offered me a replacement vehicle but at that point my trust in this company was gone. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. After dealing with an inoperable vehicle that stranded me with nowhere to go, terrible service, and even the employees lying to me, I had reached my limit. I phoned a friend to pick me up after waiting almost 2 1/2 hours for the tow truck to come get the vehicle. Overall a horrible experience, will never rent from them again.

Jake the asst manager was great. Also there was another young man I spoke to was wonderful also. BUT you a Susie working there that needs to change her personality. She needs to go take some classes in customer service. I called and try to explain myself which I felt like I could not talk because she was talking over me. I’ve been doing customer service for over 35 years. I don’t if she was rushing me or she was impatient but I felt her voice was not up to standards in communicating. I’ve already spoke with a couple people to have a better understanding on my paperwork but Susie is a disappointment. I’m not mad, I’ve already moved on.
