Not the first time and have been meaning to leave a bad review but thought it could’ve been just that one person or two or had a bad day not that it justifies anything. Customer service should always be at a professional level l, especially living in this area.
These people or some don’t deserve to work there. I can understand not a reason to but I will give you the benefit of the doubt if I was rude disrespectful etc... but I pulled to the drive trough, sent my completed deposit slip and cash and never got a word from anyone. I’ve been a Teller for 3 years and our guidelines were strict and closely monitored. We had high clients YES but regardless of client class, the service should be the same across the board which is how I worked all the time pleasant customer or not. I guess this poor service also factors into how you’re raised. I was raised with discipline, thought manners etc... I hope they don’t get paid $12 for the level of service they provide. EVEN McDonald drive through says hi lol
Can’t wait to close my account as the service is HORRIBLE and the fees are outrageously unreasonable. ~O
