I rented a tuxedo from a place other than men's wearhouse. And when it came it was a nightmare. I was getting married in 3 days. I needed a tuxedo ASAP. My fiance called men's wearhouse and spoke to Solomon. He literally saved our wedding. He suited me that very same day with a Calvin Klein tuxedo which fit perfectly. I requested a small alteration in the jacket and got it that very day. I am extremely grateful for this men's warehouse location and one of the finest human beings I've ever met - Solomon.

Witnessed some rude customers in the store being disrespectful to an employee. The employee handled the situation perfectly and remained very calm even when being directly insulted by the customer. props to that employee for being professional!

Extremely disappointed with the tux rental experience. Appointment was made for my sons and husband to get them fitted a month before the big event. It took us over two hours to begin with, not customer service oriented at all and not many rentals available. When the items arrived to the store, only one was the way it was supposed to be. The other tuxedos were two sizes bigger, pants were not hemmed, the vests were well worn. We were assured that the replacements will be overnighted to the store; sadly , that did not happen, all they did was tailored what it was originally sent to the store.

Do not come to this place! I came in to rent a suit for my son. While waiting to get helped, I just saw the manager, Marcus, disrespect a young new employee in front of all the customers. She was so embarrassed and he kept making a seen yelling out insults. I confronted him on the way he was being unprofessional and he sarcastically said “and I’m the manager”. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager and will contact corporate.

My lovely son decided to tell me that he needed a suit on June 1 at 6:30. I asked when he needed the suit by which was June 2 at 3:00 (of course). We began frantically calling places and no one could help, until we reached Jonathan at Men's Wearhouse. I explained our position, and despite having only 45 minutes until they closed, Jonathan told us to come. When we arrived, he used his expertise to quickly pull some options for us and found EXACTLY what my son was looking for. Not only did he assist us, but Ms. May also went out of her way to ensure that the required adjustments were made in time for the event. I am beyond impressed at the professionalism and customer service received. Men's Warehouse has definitely earned and will continue to receive my business. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Buyer beware. After spending a month behind getting a suit, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The jacket I was given is WAY too big on my shoulders. The alterations were of poor quality. Uneven in places. There is extra fabric everywhere. Making this suit unwearable. When I pointed out the shoulders were too big, one of the associates commented "Well your shirt is too big". Please educate me on the relevance of this comment. Overall, a bad experience. They do not know how a suit should fit a person, will sell you something saying they know what they are talking about and then treat you like you have no knowledge.
